My new washer got stuck in the drain/spin cycle when I was washing small bathroom rugs. I was able to eventually speak to a representative, Marie, who was wonderful in assessing the situation & helping me correct the issue. She was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to walk me through the process! Thank w!

We called Moore Appliance to repair a broken oven door and a skewed refrigerator door. They scheduled us for the following day, early morning. Not only was the repair person on time, but he called beforehand to let us know he was his way - a courtesy rarely employed lately. He fixed both problems quickly; fortunately, there was nothing major. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Very pleased and completely satisfied with their service. We called about a broken dryer at 8:30am - by 12:30 that day, our technician arrived. Keith was polite, professional, and fully knowledgeable about our appliance. He had the part on his truck, replaced it, checked other components, then thoroughly cleaned the inside of the appliance and his work area. The cost was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend them.

Installer arrived promptly. Could not install microwave because of cabinet above present microwave. Door needed to be removed. Installer would not remove because of possible damage, he said he would be responsible for paying for possible damages. I asked him to try's and that I would get any repairs done & pay for them, but he would not do it. He was able to get the the old microwave working!!! Not thrilled with Lowe's telling me the new microwave HAD to be returned within 2 days... was very large & heavy box. Since I had already paid for it, I'll just keep it. THAT was not the installers fault! It's Lowe's!

Chad and his coworker were excellent! They came early but sent a text that they were on the way. They finished the work in an exceptional manner and cleaned up behind themselves. The work met and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them if you need good quality work. Chad, a job well done. Thank you.
