Recently moved to North Carolina and experienced a few plumbing issues in our new rental. Signature Plumbing assisted us in resolving several unexpected issues quickly! They are very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. We couldn't be more happier and will definitely use them in the future when we finally purchase our own home. We have used Signature Plumbing on several projects. David is a rare find for any home owner who has plumbing issues. We had an issue with the pump that was resolved within one day. David is dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He always keeps you duly informed on the options that you may have and on the job that need to be performed. Pricing is super reasonable as we have priced several companies in advance before hiring Signature Plumbing. Needless to say, we would recommend this company as they deliver an exceptional service in a timely manner!

Bottom Line - I do not recommend this guy's services. I'm not sure what his "signature" is in the name of his company, but I don't think he can claim it is plumbing or quality customer service.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom. The shower has a rain head, a shower head, and 4 body sprays. I chose the Kohler Anthem Three Function Thermostatic Valve to control the water flow. All of these features worked great until the valve started giving us problems. In May 2024, the valve stopped allowing water to flow through any of the shower fixtures. It turns out this is a known defect in the product I had not known about when I purchased the fixture.
The first time this happened, I called the plumber who had installed everything in our new shower. Kohler sent me a replacement cartridge which he installed.
In November 2024, the water stopped flowing again. I decided to use a different plumber since it appeared the first guy hadn't properly resolved the issue. I was referred to Mr. Green with Signature Plumbing. I contacted Mr. Green on 11/12 and explained the problem. He said he would come take a look at it. He was able to come on 11/18. He wasn't there long before it became apparent that he was confounded by the Kohler valve. He mentioned that most plumbers don't like Kohler because "they manufacture their fixtures with too many little parts in them." After tinkering with the valve for a while, he managed to get the water going again. I paid him $375 for his time. On 11/24 I texted him to notify him that the water stopped flowing again. He did not respond to me until 12/5. At this point, we decided that the best way to resolve the problem would be to replace the Kohler valve with something less problematic. This meant hiring a plumber and a contractor to do all the necessary tile, sheetrock, and plumbing changes. I figured I would stick with Signature since we were going to be installing a valve control that he seemed to feel confident would work.
He told me to pick a shower trim that I liked. He didn't really offer any guidance other than to suggest picking something made by Delta. I figured as long as I stayed away from Kohler, we'd be fine. He left me to the task of picking the trim and the correct rough-in valve. Sure. No problem. I'll just put my plumbing expertise (aka Google) to work and get that.
On 12/18 I sent him a couple of links for what I thought might work. It took a few more weeks for us to get on the same page. (He's apparently very busy disappointing other customers. Or something.)
Finally, on January 23 we agreed that for $700 he would come remove the Kohler valve and install the new Delta Six Way valve and trim I had purchased. I coordinated the work with the contractor who would do the sheetrock and tile work. Everything came together for January 28. Everyone showed up early that morning. By the end of the day the shower had been put back together. The next day my wife and I started our morning with a shower in the master rather than having to go upstairs. Needless to say we were not as thrilled as we had hoped.
When it was working properly, the Kohler valve provided enough pressure for us to use the body sprays and the shower head at the same time. After the Kohler valve was replaced, the new Delta Six Way valve provides enough pressure to run the shower head. It does not, however, provide enough pressure for the body jets. In fact, even when the jets are set to run by themselves, there is not enough pressure for them to function properly.
At this point, I'm $1075 into a plumber who has failed twice now to provide satisfactory service.
Of course, I contacted him on 1/29 to inform him that the pressure was not adequate to operate the shower fixtures as expected. He said he might be able to adjust the pressure for the whole house but not by much. I asked him if he could come back and take a look at the jets. Maybe they have a restrictor in them that could be removed. He said he would come back "soon" to look at that. Today is February 28. I'm still waiting.

Service was on time and efficient. Mr Green gave great detail info and what to look out for in future due to the age of plumbing and fixtures.

Best of all, the finished product looks amazing.

Quick arrival. Knowledgeable and courteous. My problem is extensive and a replacement (instant on water heater) has to be ordered so he could not get me up and operating today but has the ball rolling.

Two day later follow up - Jay was right on time, a little early actually. Got on the removal of the old unit right away and had me up and operating a few hours later.

Third time I've use Panic Plumbing and so far they've been great.

Also, some replacement parts on a toilet! Explained what needed to be done and quoted prices upfront! Cleaned up as he did work! Highly recommend!

I was notified that Luke was on his way. Luke easily identified the problem and completed the repairs all while explaining everything to me. I appreciate Panic Plumbing’s quick response to my call and the trustworthy service they provide.

Zachary got here at the time he stated he went right to work & got the washer drain cleared
He stayed & ran a few cycles of the washer making sure it did not back up
Everything was great and he zip tied the drain hose to make sure it stayed in place
He was very friendly and easy to talk to

Zach with Panic Plumbing came today to change out our water heater. Super professional, neat and respectful. They scheduled my appointment quickly and did the work same day. Excellent service all the way around.

I received a call within minutes of my leaving a message. Travis asked about my plumbing issue and told me the charge for a weekend repair. He said someone would be out that afternoon. I received a text that the repairman was on the way. He evaluated my issue and made sure everything was working. While he was there, I had a problem with the kitchen sink. He evaluated the problem and told me the charge. After completing the repair, he told me that it was not as involved as he had thought so the charge was not as much. Panic Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend the company.

Amazing customer service and plumbing skills. Panic was so helpful over the phone when we called with concerns about a high water bill and a potential leak.
