Jason was there within an hour and a half! Breanna was who coordinated with him and she made sure she got to him right away. We were going out of town and definitely panicking! He had the problem fixed within a half hour and we made our trip.
He was courteous, has fair pricing, and knew exactly what the problem was right away. The service was excellent all around. They definitely lived up to their name!!

Luke was prompt, efficient and extremely professional. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up. I would highly recommend him for future work.

Luke Taylor came to assess the status of 2 leaks, one inside and one outside. He was very thorough and will return to finish when he has the supplies he needs.

Great service! Saw the truck in my community, talked to the two men working and explained the issue. I called the office and my problem was fixed the same day! Will definitely call the next time plumbing issues arise.

Came to work on Monday with our business having no water. A call to panic plumbing had our water back up and running shortly after lunch. Amazing customer service!!!

They went above and beyond in every way. Travis was so kind in answering all of my questions. Priced so reasonably and helped us in a difficult time and made it less stressful. I had a water leak under the slab of my house...Jason and Luke were able to fix the leak by rerouting the water!! Jason designed it and Luke actually did the work. They were professional and left everything clean ... I would highly recommended Panic Plumbing!!!

Panic Plumbing is so AMAZING! When you call, a live person answers every time, which is so very important!! I had an emergency situation today and they were at my house within 45 minutes… Travis was fantastic and so was Brianna who took my call. I love a company that is always there for your needs, and does not go straight to voicemail. This was not my first experience, though, with them. I am a repeat customer because no one compares to Panic Plumbing😄

The plumbers were very friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the process.

I can’t say enough good things about Panic Plumbing and especially Luke! We had a hot water heater leaking and they got someone out on very short notice. Luke showed up exactly on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through what was wrong and all the options. He answered every question I had and gave great recommendations without any pressure.

The pricing was fair and transparent, the job was done perfectly, and there have been zero issues since. Their scheduling system is awesome too. I got texts letting me know exactly when Luke was on his way, which made planning my day so much easier.

Jay was absolutely amazing! We had a main pipe blockage due to tree roots that caused backups in our laundry room sink and downstairs toilet. It’s been a nightmare between insurance and the restoration company, but Jay made the experience so much more tolerable. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to interact with. I can’t say enough about this company!

Kitchen sink was completely backed up and I needed to get it taken care of. Panic Pluming had Luke come out when I was able to get out of work. He was extremely professional and explained my specific kitchen plumbing to me (it’s an older house) and had me cleared out and back up and running in no time! Great experience. I’ll definitely call again if I have plumbing needs.
