    High prices and poor quality plants. Every plant this company installed is doing poorly. They promise more than they deliver. Every time I look at the beds in front of my house I am disappointed. I really regret going with this company, knowing now that I could have had bigger, better plants than those they installed.

    I needed my irrigation system updated and Wilson's came to the rescue The 2 gentlmen they sent to do the work were on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the process. I reccomend Wilson's Natural Landscaping for any landscaping project

    They are very nice people. They have some minor scheduling issues from time to time but I think thats all small businesses. They are very knowledgable. I had some trees that died and I was outside my warranty period for them, and they were nice enough to replace the trees and only charge me the labor.

    Update Interesting & ironic Wilson's took only hours to respond to my post here on the lack of response to multiple phone messages and email. My comment had nothing to do with the work they do just the lack of response before even being a customer and the communication in advance of knowing that they charge for their quotes. Took many days to respond after multiple messages. Lady was nice, apologetic. They are busy, first quotation appointment 1.5 months out and wanted $125 for quote visit, credited if you go with them. That's a first! Proof they are busy, smart for them filters out tire kickers. Just wish they would have put that on their website or on their answering machine so I didn't waste my time waiting and kept calling them back. Too many good landscape companies out there to wait to pay to do business with them.
