We've used Denver Plumbing for over 10yrs and we will not be using them again. The office is not communicative at all, we are talking DAYS. Our office had purchased a new water heater and they came to install on Friday. They left a mess and a hole in our ceiling with zero attempts to fix it. It has been over 24hrs and we still have not received a phone call back. Saks Orthodontics will NOT be using Denver Plumbing in the future.
Showed up on time. Were professional. Wore protective booties to keep our floors clean. Diagnosed the problem. It was larger than I thought but that was ok as opposed to another service call down the road. I will use Denver Plumbing again and would recommend them to whoever asked us. Today (10/07/25) was the second time that we used the services of Denver Plumbing. Marty was our technician today. He was great; very professional and knowledgeable. We had an alert "siren" going off. Marty came at the time the Company specified. He accurately diagnosed the problem and completed the necessary repair. Marty explained that his work today was merely a temporary fix and that we should have them complete a permanent repair. We are in the process of scheduling that now. As I said in my previous review, I would not hesitate to recommend Denver Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing services. We had Brad Ramsey and his assistant come out to make a permanent repair to our waste water system. This was a more involved and expensive solution than the temporary fix that we used previously. However, Brad explained the alternatives and we decided to use the more permanent solution. Brad gave us an accurate estimate and performed the work as outlined. With every visit, we become more and more satisfied with Denver Plumbing.
Ben was awesome! Called around noon to get my water heater looked at. Had a new water heater installed with hot water running by 4. Glad I called Denver Plumbing. Thanks again Ben 🫡
I had a very good, professional visit from Marty today to fix my tankless water heater. he was very personal and explained how the heater works and what he did to fix it. I was very pleased with Marty and Denver Plumbing
The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciated that they did a thorough inspection with pictures plus gave me helpful maintenance tips and things to look out for. I would definitely go to them for any plumbing needs.
