Chris’ tech Alex worked hard to try to lower the salt in the regeneration cycle. Sadly, it cannot be lowered. But most importantly Alex tried. The system is the problem.

We hired Custom to replace an existing ceiling fan. The tech got pretty far along in the process before realizing that the new fan required three wires and the ceiling had only two. He told us he couldn't install the fan and repackaged it. Custom still charged us the full cost of install which was $267. When I asked if they have something like a service fee that they charge in lieu of the full price of a job when that job's not completed like other electricians and plumbers I've worked with, they said no.
