We just moved to North Carolina, but we now have an electrician to call any time we have a problem. Because of HOA restrictions we could not run a power cable from our fuse box to our EV charger by going around the outside so Hansen figured out how to go through the attic. A+ for Hansen and to Custom Electric & Plumbing. Hansen’s helper, Tyler, saw where our water heater was located on the second floor and recommended we replace it with a tankless water heater. We had already wondered about the water heater placement and will likely give Custom Electric & Plumbing a call about that. It looks like we have found a plumber we can call too.

Service was great! Hanson showed up promptly and kept me informed throughout the install of the new outlets. Cost came in right on target.

Special shoutout to Grey - I was getting an entire panel upgrade done to facilitate a new Tesla charger, and he walked me through what he and the team were doing at every step, informed me of my options, and put me at ease with the entire process. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and it looks great! The attention to detail you only get from a vet-owned company; I plan to come back should I need any other electric work done!

Alex and Gray did a great job installing new windows and trim at my home. The finished product exceeded our expectations. They were also very friendly and patient with our dog when he greeted them unexpectedly more than once. Would recommend this company to others.

They provided continuous communication with the plan. Hansen and Khyaiir were the installers—both were professional and hard working. We went on line to have a Tesla charger installed. In less than 24 hours Chris Sampson had contacted us and scheduled the appointment to survey the Job. He was on time for the appointment and made some recommendations for our future power requirements. Both electricians came in with a Outstanding attitudes and were able to accomplish the job within 6 hours, the city inspection went great the next day they came out and completed the wall repair as if the wall was never opened.
