Contacted this electrician for possible work on a tankless gas hot water heater. In conversation told him it was tankless. Asked if we had contacted a Plummer. We had and were told it sounded like there might be an electrical issue (we had a power outage due to a tropical storm the day before). We told him that the reset had not worked and that the temp dial was working. He came, looked at the unit and said yes it is getting power but that he did not know anything about a tankless gas water heater and charged us $85.00. He should have said he did not know anything about this type of unit when we spoke to him on the phone!!!!! He just wanted to make money with no honesty!!! If you want electrical service don’t call him. He will cheat you out of your money!! I am also going to report him to the better business bureau!!
