Vance did a great job pressure washing my house, cleaning our gutters and removing a tough crease grease stain on our porch. He did all this for a fair price. I would definitely recommend you use him for outdoor home maintenance!

Vance did a awesome job on our house. It had 5 years of gunk and mold in the shady areas. Within a couple hours, it was spotless. Very punctual and keeps you informed on whats going on. Highly highly recommend Vance to anyone that needs there house cleaned.

I needed my house pressure washed. I got a referral from a friend. I messaged Vance on July 4th weekend. He responded immediately and had it done on Monday. The house looks great. I checked four other companies and they were double the price of Vance. So he has great pricing at superb quality of work. Definitely recommend.

Vance was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job on our roof. We had dark streaks on our roof which he got rid of with his cleaning tools. We appreciate his time and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I just want to thank Vance for doing such a beautiful, caring, and thorough job on my house, porch, driveway, and gutters. He really made a difference and brought the cleanliness and beauty of my home back. As I told him, “you’re my man” for my future home and property cleaning needs, and I will happily and definitely be an ongoing referral source. My house is a split level with siding and brick on the bottom. He did an exceptional job soft washing my house siding (with some pressure washing as needed on the brick), pressure washing my driveway, porch, and small sidewalk ( he also does roof washing but I will get him to do this at a later time). The result was my house actually shined! I appreciate Vance’s exceptional skill, professionalism, thoroughness, honesty, pleasing and friendly personality, dedication, patience, and lastly his fair and reasonable pricing. He takes pride in his work and his reputation and reasonably so. If you want or need these services done with complete satisfaction, Vance is the professional to call.

Vance did a great job on our house. The siding on our house is wood and painted. Vance was very careful and did an excellent job getting the dirt and Cobb webs off. ! I highly recommend.

It was easy making an appointment. Vance called because he was running early and he got here early. He was very professional a very nice young man and he did a wonderful job. The house looks so great. I would highly recommend him.

From the initial contact through completion of the job Vance demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. He arrived on time and did an exceptional job pressure washing our brick home and fences - transforming them to look like new. Also, he left our property spotless with no mess or debris, and even had a fresh, clean scent left behind! We were thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the work and attention to detail. We highly recommend his services without hesitation.

I was very pleased with these services!!

Chip has always done us a great job. Would highly recommend his services.

We had hard services cleaned and the work is stellar! Chip is knowledgeable, professional and makes magic happen to floors!

Chip did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets and tile floors in my rental. Highly recommended him!

Wonderful and professional job cleaning large marble bathroom and shower. Very pleased with results and the care used to properly clean the marble. Also did a great job on tile and grout in kitchen and other bathrooms.

Chip was very professional and thorough; great at cleaning tough spots in my carpet! I will definitely use him again.

We have some old black and white VCT tile, that was in such bad shape that we discussed replacing it. Instead we had Chip come out and work his magic. It looks as good as new! Chip is a perfectionist, and took the time to make sure it looked perfect. Thanks Chip!

The service was great. My carpet had several stains and wear and tear. I could not be more pleased about how the carpet turned out. It looks great and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I have worked with Chip over the years and he does impeccable work. His work ethic, knowledge and dedication is clearly evident with his results. I have used other companies in the past but will never use anyone else but Chip. I highly recommend Chip!

Our company, "American Mechanical", used RGHSC to strip and polish several areas of LVL flooring. Mr. Holden performed very well and professionally, in a quick and effective manner at fair wages. Our offices had been abandoned for years and were extremely filthy, he was able to make them look brand new in a timely manner. We will certainly be using RGHSC for future projects and would recommend this company for anyone.
