Reviews of local pros in Trinity, North Carolina

Chip looked at the job and provided a price the same day. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job! He is a professional and I will use his service again.

Brought my 30 plus years carpet back to life! Looks so good! Chip showed up on time & spent 3 hours cleaning my carpets! Inexpensive fix! Highly recommend this company

I originally was looking at 2 companies. I went with the cheaper company. What I have learned from this is cheaper is not always better because I went with the cheaper company because they had good reviews vs Radiance. My carpet was wet for 24 hours and 2 spots on the carpet from just dirt did not come out. I let Radiance know what happened that I learned my lesson and sent him the pictures. I was not requesting anything just to show him what I was dealing with. He went above and beyond. He offered to come out and show me he could correct the other companies mistake. He did it for free for me. I can tell you from now on. Radiance Carpet cleaning will be the only company that comes to my home from now on. I highly recommend them.I added the before and after pictures in the photo’s.

its not by chance my last name and the owner of Radiaence Glow are the same, we are related. However, that does not have any bearance on this review. I have been cleaning my carpets myself with what I thought was a great carpet cleaner since I was able to see how dirty the extracted water was and was quite proud of myself for doing a "great job" The next time I felt energetic to clean carpets, I thought, "why dont I give Chip a try" Amazed can not describe how the carpets looked. They are the original carpets (14 yrs) and we have a large dog. They were looked brand new. I literally cant wait til they need cleaning again. You give him a try, I promise you will not be dissapointed in a job well done by Radience Glow Hard Service Cleaning. Next on my list to put on his calendar are the bathroom floors.

Chip was the first to call me when I registered on HomeAdvisor. He was courteous & knowledgeable. I read the reviews while I was talking to him & told him I was going to go with my "gut" on this one; I hired him over the phone. I couldn't have been more pleased. He was punctual & very friendly. He went right to work. I had no qualms about leaving him in my house while I went to an appt. The 25+ years old carpets look so nice now & smell nice with most of the pet stains are gone. (For clarity, 1 bedroom was never going to be perfect again but it's sooo much better!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Radiance Glow did a great job cleaning my carpet. He was very responsive, nice, professional and very reasonable. I high recommend them.

Before Chip arrived, our kitchen floor, made of blue slate, looked perpetually dirty no matter how much I cleaned it. The paint covering the grout lines was missing in places, and the floor looked dingy regardless of the product or method I used to clean it.

With painstaking effort, Chip stripped our floor of the old polyurethane, tile by tile, and then covered the floor with a new product that made the slate glow. He then painted each grout line with a precision hand.

I can't tell you the HOURS he spent on this project, but I can tell you, our floors look AMAZING. Our floors look clean now, even when they are dirty, and they are easier to clean when I do mop. Chip's work is outstanding!!!

I have had Chip deep clean my tile several times with wonderful results! He recently cleaned my older carpet with a low moisture process and they look new! He always responds quickly and is flexible!

We have had an excellent experience working with Chip! The floors of our restaurant were very hard to keep clean before. He got them so clean they're like new. He's very easy to work with and so friendly! I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Chip came today and spent all day cleaning all the carpeting in our house (which hadn't been cleaned in longer than I care to admit.) Some of it was badly stained, and he managed to get everything out and made a couple of our area rugs look like new as well. I highly recommend Radiance Glow.

I absolutely HIGHLY recommend Radiance Glow. I have done business with Chip several times this year--February, 2015 and again in August, 2015. He always shows up on time, his work is perfect and his willingness to please the client is exceptional.

His pricing is in-line or lower than other commercial companies. Most importantly, the finished product is superb. I also was pleased to find that he cleans tile and grout.

Customer service and his commitment to excellence will certainly keep my business and referrals to other colleagues.

Chip did a superb job cleaning our bathroom tile. Both bathrooms look brand new. I recommend him and his business for all your floor cleaning needs. Chip is a great guy!

Grout & ceramic tile repair and cleaning for master bath shower & floor. Did a fabulous job. Master bath looks like new. We are thrilled with the result. Chip deserves all the stars we can give him. He was professional, polite, did not make a mess anywhere, and when he left the bath room was spotless.

We used Chip to clean and polish our hardwood floors. The difference was absolutely unbelievable!! We highly recommend him for hardwood floors, we never thought ours would ever look this good again!! Great guy, very professional and knowledgeable.

Chip Holden of Radiance Glow cleaned and repaired the grout on the tiled floors of three bathrooms in our home. The white grout had become very dirty over a period of many years. I never thought that it would ever be white again. When I heard about Chip from a neighbor who was very pleased with work that he had done for her, I called him immediately. Soon after, he spent two days in my home cleaning and repairing the grout on the three bathroom floors. I was amazed and thrilled with the results of his work. My floors looked brand new. They were perfect! I highly recommend Chip Holden of Radiance Glow. Not only was his work perfect, but Chip was also a gentleman and professional while working in our home.

Chip was wonderful! Handled my surfaces like a pro! Over 2k square foot of high end marble. Looks brand new! Was on time, very responsive and very very respectful. One of kind. If you need marble or any high end surfaces cleaning. Call Chip!

Chip has come out to my house twice now to do a professional clean on my tile shower. He does excellent work, and is friendly and reliable. My shower grout had mold and mildew despite my own cleaning efforts and I could hardly stand to take a shower in there. Now it’s sparkling clean and I enjoy taking showers again. I would highly recommend him.
