On time, even early arrival, they were able to troubleshoot the problem and resolve the situation. Light fixture from third-party vendor had a short somewhere in the fixture. Easy to work with, great communication.

They came quoted and finished my Tesla wall charger install in one afternoon. Would definitely recommend, they cleaned up the work area after, totally painless install and Braden stayed to make sure the app paired with the newly installed charger.

We had a major electrical issue resulting in our meter box needing to be replaced and all outlets/switches as well. Braeden and the Zar team (who we've used in past for minor electrical issues) were great to work with and ensured house was disconnected, permit in place, new meter installed and inspected and passed, and power reconnected within 36 hours of initial visit. Great communication from office and professional workmanship at our home.

Their pricing is reasonable but probably a bit above some other companies.

Clear bait and switch with pricing. For that very reason, I wouldn't recommend.

I called and they mentioned that it would be 69.99 to figure out what's going on, but once they do, that 69.99 would apply to the cost of repair (if needed).

Once Logan got here, he told me that it's 190 for the actual diagnostic. He said it was 69.99 to just get him out here -- absolutely NOT what I was told on the phone.

My smoke detector went off twice because we smelled smoke and we couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from (the house was cleared by the fire department). I thought I would have an electrician come out to see if there was something happening in the walls (something that we couldn't see)

Problem #1 as diagnosed by Logan -- I needed a new smoke detector which is hilarious because the smoke detector did its job --- it clearly alerted me when there were smoke particles in the air (we smelled it)

Problem #2 -- it was burn off from turning the heat on during a cold night (we're cold by nature and have been turning on the heat since early-mid October with no issues)

I ended up having to call someone else and pay more for them to actually find the problem. Logan seemed to lack the experience necessary to diagnose this issue and chose the low hanging fruit as a reason

I highly recommend that you find someone else.

Talk about AWESOME SERVICE!!! Jayme and his associates were so incredibly helpful and provided above and beyond professional services in our new home! From hanging chandeliers, to a complete safety check, fixing outlets, installing fans… they did it ALL. Highly recommended and I look forward to many more projects with Zar!

Logan Fullagar showed up promptly to address the problem of a smoke alarm which had been going off every 90 seconds for the past twelve hours. He identified the problem and resolved it quickly and thoroughly, even to the point of attempting to clean some of the residue I had created in my fruitless effort to fix it. I was so pleased I asked him to fix the old smoke detectors. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Braeden Stearns and James did a great job installing a Nema 14-50 outlet and 50 amp circuit at our house. They also installed beautiful, quiet, and powerful exhaust fans in our bathrooms. They listened to our concerns and made great recommendations that fit our budget. Nice guys and friendly to our dog too!

I contacted Zar to have an outlet installed on the wall behind my tv, and Mikel did a great job! The office staff reached out to confirm that it would be okay for him to arrive earlier than my appointment time and I’d arranged for a family member to be at my house, so that worked perfectly. When Mikel was completing the job he realized that I had two other outlets on the outside of my house that were incorrect and he explained this to my dad so we would be able to do that at a later date. He did a clean and professional job installing the new outlet for the tv, and I will definitely recommend Zar to coworkers and friends and family. Thanks so much!

We had some lights that needed to be replaced and other repairs to prepare our house to put on the market. Logan was great! He was punctual, communicated well, well spoken and professional while also being friendly. He also performed a complimentary whole house safety check, which is very beneficial in knowing what might need to be addressed during the home inspection. Expect to pay at least double of any other electrician in the area. The work was done well by Braeden. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not getting multiple quotes. After i had the work done by Zar, I called Tripp electric and they quoted me an extremely lower price. $900 garage outlet vs $250. I called Zar back and they confirmed that i was billed correctly. They bundled a tv outlet and a surge protector for $2200 total but i realize i was probably over-billed around $1000 total compared to the competitors in the area. Even chatgpt puts $1200 on the high end for everything. Very disappointed in myself mostly for not calling a few places first.
