We have been utilizing Raleigh Cleaning Company’s services for approximately 3 years and they are extremely reliable and they communicate very effectively. They always perform extremely well and we are always pleased with their cleaning services! In particular, we would like to compliment Amy S. one of their cleaning techs who does an exemplary job every time she comes to clean our home!!! Amy is very kind, pleasant and hardworking!!! She is a true credit to their organization. We are always happy to see her!

I've been a client of Raleigh Cleaning Company for awhile now. I've had a few different technicians. Lea has been my tech for about a year now and she is truly the best! I feel very fortunate to have her help. She has a keen eye for details, takes her time and does a very thorough job, every month. Everything is immaculate and looks absolutely beautiful when she's finished. She's a true professional that cares about her work, her client's satisfaction and a very lovely individual. I give her 10 stars.

I’ve been working with RCC since June 2023 when I moved to Raleigh and was referred by Consider It Done! (PA and organization services). During that time I’ve had multiple deep cleans and set up recurring cleaning to keep my place fresh. I was shocked at the first clean when they started cleaning the walls!!! It didn’t even occur to me that they were something to be cleaned! Angelica always does my cleaning and she’s just the best. Always does an incredible job and I come home, looking forward to breathing in the calming atmosphere she creates. I supply my own non-toxic cleaning products (Blueland) and RCC happily uses those as is my preference. I will continue to use their services as long as they will have me as a customer. I just never have to think about cleaning anymore. One less task I have to carry on my mental list. I love you RCC!

I’d say this company is a bit pricey but we still enjoy having Sierra as our cleaner. The kids enjoy the fun surprise transformations she does with our towels and blankets 😊

I wish I could hire this cleaning company, but I’m unfortunately outside of their service area. That said, I’ve followed their work and the before-and-after photos are incredible. The attention to detail and care that goes into each space really shows. If you’re within their service area, you’re lucky — this is clearly a company that takes a lot of pride in what they do.

Awful cleaning job. My husband and I moved into the area from out of state and wanted our new home deep cleaned before moving in. We paid extra for the fridge and oven and yet multiple areas were missed in these two places in addition to the rest of the home. The kitchen and bathroom drawers were sticky and the bathroom tubs were dusty. The hardwood floors and remainder of the house just didn’t look and feel clean whatsoever. I have since “deep cleaned” our entire home and it truly looks and feels clean now. I did call the day after and customer service agreed to send someone back out later that day, but she initially laughed off/ questioned my concerns which I think is highly inappropriate when a customer is complaining. The cleaning lady who came back asked what I wanted recleaned and she did a nice job on the areas I asked of her; however, I would have preferred a complete re-do. The fridge water tray was still filthy and I wanted to see if she would clean it without my prompting, but this didn’t happen. I emailed the company requesting a refund and they didn’t even have the decency to reply (it’s been 2 weeks since this email was sent). I initially chose this company based on the stellar online reviews, but for close to $500, this was a complete waste of money and I regret working with this company.

We had several cleanings including a deep clean to start and then biweekly. We have 2 dogs so our floors can get pretty messy. Our initial deep cleaning was fantastic. We had a slight issue with our second bi-weekly cleaning. The floors just weren’t done to an acceptable standard. The response I received from the company was outstanding and exemplary. A model any other company would be wise to copy. They responded immediately - asked to come rectify the situation and followed through impeccably. The floors are spotless and we are extremely satisfied with raleigh cleaning company. Thanks for top notch customer service.

Update from earlier post. We have had Renee clean out house and she is amazing. Impeccable cleaning service - very friendly and always on time.

Absolutely amazing service! The team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. My home looked and smelled incredible after they finished. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!

I've had a couple of monthly cleanings now and always love the work they do. Angelica in particular has come by the most and always does a fantastic job! And she is so sweet, diligent, and polite.

Seth did an amazing job with our new construction home. He noticed small details that needed to be cleaned and updated us throughout the cleaning. It didn’t take him long to finish the job. Raleigh Cleaning Company sent a quality control tech to confirm that all of the areas were properly cleaned.

Seth and Emily were great. Everything looked and smelled so fresh and clean. So many nice touches to make it feel the cleanest it's every been.

Angelica was great! Very kind and respectful and completely thorough with her task and managed the time allowed for the service. This was help that I have needed for a while and Angelica was very sympathetic, understanding and made no judgements on what things looked like before she began cleaning. Everything looks amazing!

I was so impressed from scheduling with Derek and Erich To the end result of the teams Cleaning! The scheduling team was very accommodating to my last minute request for a deep clean and didn’t make me feel like a burden. The cleaners did such a great job!! Every interaction with each one of the cleaners was great. Each one was kind and pleasant. We really appreciated the little touches as well! Specifically the tidying up. My daughter was over the moon about the organization of her stuffed animals! Thanks for all of your hard work! Looking forward to our biweekly cleanings.
