Went to the lumber department today. Representatives there were a short with me and seemed like they didn't want to help me. I told them what I needed and they gave me some basic information that really didn't help me solve my problem at all. I went across the street to Lowe's..... 10x better....

I called Junk Buddies, in a bind, and needed a couch removed ASAP. Colin must have heard the desperation in my voice. Within 2 hours he was at my house with his co-worker. So professional and just overall delightful to work with. Everything from scheduling, communication, and removal was top notch. They were so very careful not to damage anything . I highly recommend if anyone has anything they need to have removed. I will have other items in the future and wouldn't blink an eye before calling them again. Thank you so much!

I called Junk Buddies after seeing their FB post and was answered on the first ring on a Saturday. I sent pics we set a a time and price and guess what … they arrived on time even a tad early and completed the removal. It definitely wasn’t a big job - but they made me feel like it was. Highly recommend.

Colin was great to work with. He was clear on pricing and timing expectations. He did what we agreed to and made sure my expectations were met. I would be happy to have him back.

Totally flawless experience. Had them get an old fridge - price quoted was lower than the other two places that I called, and I like that they just gave me straight out price without the “well, it could be higher, it could be lower” crap. Came the next day. Called in advance to let me know when they are coming to a minute. Pickup took 5 minutes. Done and gone. Will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

These guys were amazing! Colin is fast and efficient with his partner. They even carried a full size French door refrigerator down my back steps without a dolly or anything. They are fantastic and would definetely use them again! They were in and out in maybe 10 mins. If you’re looking to get rid of any items, consider them because they were truly amazing!!

I had our tiled master bathroom shower gutted and was in need of a pick up for the old material. When looking up junk removal services I read several reviews regarding Junk Buddies LLC. All of them were 5 star. I contacted Colin and received a very reasonable quote. After giving him the job Colin stayed in contact, arrived on time, and did a great job. Shawn did a great job removing 7 tree stumps from our backyard. Very reasonable and efficient. He also gave some great tips on soil prep for our new backyard plans. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Called on Sunday and Shaun was grinding my stumps on the next Wednesday. He even showed up 2 hours early (called before.). 9 stumps ground well below the dirt level in about 20 minutes. Very well priced for the job. If I need anymore stumps removed I will be calling NC Stump for sure.

Shawn was able to add me to his schedule quickly and did a fantastic job. He was punctual, friendly, and does great work. Best of all, my grass didn’t take a beating from his equipment! I’ll surely be calling Shawn back.

I had a choice between 3 businesses and he seemed to be the most professional out of them. His price might have been higher than the other 2 but was well worth the money. About 27 stumps cut and removing chips within 1 day and about 3 were giants and 6 about medium side stumps. Communicated with me during the whole process of the project while I was at work.

I called Shawn on Tuesday and he,showed up on Friday to grind the stumps. He is courteous and very professional. He has great prices and very professional. You need this kind of work done call him you won't regret it. Thanks Shawn

Shawn was awesome! 10 stumps completely gone in under 2 hours. He also came out last minute on a Sunday when a different stump grinding company was not able to make it. Would definitely recommend Shawn for your stump grinding needs! I can't imagine any stumps that he could not handle with the remote controlled beast of a stump grinder he uses.
