Shaun was on time, helpful, and was grinding those stumps and roots much better than the tree removal company who did that last year. Their machine was a joke.l, compared to Shaun's top of the notch grinder. No wonder the previous company left behind stumps that now killed the lawn we tried to create. Im glad Shaun could correct that and dig out all that was unwanted.

I had a 30“ oak stump that Shawn took down with ease along with a few 20"+ pines. Very solid work and fair price, we'll definitely be calling him again!

Shawn did a GREAT job at grinding our stumps. He was able to come within a couple days of calling, showed up when he said he would, (very important), was very personable, and made sure we were satisfied with the job before he left. We highly recommend him if you want a job done right!

Shawn is the man! In my case, it worked out that he could take care of my stump on the day that I reached out to him. He gave me a great price and you cannot tell there was ever a tree in the spot where he was working. I’ve had other companies come out and grind stumps, but no one has completely obliterated the stump like Shawn did. I highly recommend his work. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Shawn with NC stump was great! I reached out about a stump I was hoping to have removed and he was able to make it out the next day. I was able to send him info of the stump and he quoted me before coming out so there were no surprises. In fact, the only thing I was surprised about was how affordable his services were. I first met Shawn when I started clearing about an acre and needed about 30 stumps removed. Found him on Facebook! His machine is way bigger and gets deeper than most stump grinders in the area. He did such a great job, we had him grind ones that were on the other side of the house and he carefully removed them, even around cables and various obstacles. Don’t even think of calling anyone else!

I had NC Stump Grinding come out and grind a stump that was very close to our house. The stump was also located in between our house and the neighbors house with little room to access it. The machine was able to compact itself to navigate confined spaces, including near the home sewer and cable and electrical connections. He was able to grind the stump into a nice mulch in only a few minutes and did not disturb any of the surrounding area. I would recommend NC Stump Grinding to anyone!

Very happy with the correspondence and end result. Shawn is a laid back guy who does efficient, quality work. He came out on time, asked about any concerns or considerations, and took care of the stump much quicker than I anticipated. I recommend him and will call him next time I need a stump removed.

Shawn was amazing !! Very responsive , we talked about doing 29 stumps and ended up doing over 60!! Additional scope was a fair price! Shawn’s equipment was new and very cool!

Shawn took great care of us. In a few minutes, he ground up a stump I'd been hacking at for a couple of years. You can see from the pic that he had a relatively small space to work in (fences on both sides), but he was careful and everything turned out great. Very nice guy, too. Highly recommend.

Wow! Vendor showed up when he said he would - on time. Shawn proceeded to remove 4-5 stumps/large roots from the yard, then scraped the areas smooth and filled in holes with the dirt. He was pleasant, conscientious, helpful and polite. All was completed in a half hour and the charge was exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely use Shawn again as I clean up my new property.
