Fantastic service from Justin. He sent a follow up email detailing some recommendations, but also general feedback on "health" of gutters. All around, amazing customer experience.

After only about a month and half, my elderly parents started having issues with their newly cleaned gutters. So, the "manager" came out yesterday with his assistant and said they were going to look around and it'd be about 15 minutes.. And they'd check back with me, before they left. Before I knew it the van was gone and so were they. I was left knowing nothing. So my father tried to call him yesterday, he didn't get a call back until today. With the information that the gutters are just FULL again in just 1 1/2 month. Then ALSO informed that the company will no longer be servicing fuquay-varina. And they wouldn't be able to help us anymore!!! What a joke and very poor customer service.

They did a great job at a very fair price. They found some problems on my roof, informed me and I plan to call them back to correct what they found. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and plan on using them for any future gutter work.

Within 2 weeks of the closing on my house in Apex, the Buyer's VA inspector found several issues on the exterior of my home (e.g., rotten fascia and sub-fascia boards, window & door rot) that needed to be fixed & reinspected before the closing. Selling furniture and cleaning out closets was already a major undertaking and now I had to deal with this last minute issue which added to the already stressful process of selling a house. I had heard about Gutter Cleaning Pros (GCP) and decided to give them a call. Like all other good contractors, GCP was booked solid for several weeks. I talked to the owner, William Bailey, and he listened to my story and said that he would do what he could to help. Within a day, William came over to the house to assess the damages. He got back to me that same evening with a very well written description of all the problems and his proposed fixes, included a cost estimate. Based on my past experience with roof repairs, the estimate seemed very reasonable. I told William I wanted the work done and reminded him of the sense of urgency. William told me that he was booked solid with jobs all next week, but could start on my job over the weekend and would try hard to get it done by end of day Sunday for a Monday morning inspection which was cutting it close for the closing on Thursday. William started the job as planned on Saturday and was making great progress when he ran into a problem with a door frame that was too rotten. Instead of just patching it up, which he could have done, he called me to suggest that it would be a much better job to completely replace the door and door jam. Even though I was selling the house and could have easily cut this corner, I decided to do the right thing and replace the door. I told the Buyer the story and he was so impressed with our decision to replace vs repair the door that he agreed to pay for half of all the work. William worked through the weekend to get it done and it was a beautiful piece of work. I highly recommend GCP for any exterior repairs. You know they will do a good quality job at a very fair price. I really appreciate the way William took ownership for the quality of his work and for making time to squeeze me into his busy schedule.

I am really happy with the work they did. We had a problem with a leaky/overflowing gutter. They clearly explained the problem, and fixed it at a fair price without making me feel like they were trying to upcharge. As a plus, the guy called me when he knew he was going to be a little late and gave me an estimate for when he would arrive. I really appreciated that effort, since I at least knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Do not use this company and Do Not give them any type of down payment. After a simple gutter cleaning, I was talked into buying new gutters. They requested a big down payment and then they have had 3 no shows for appointments for install. After the 3rd no show with no communication, I simply asked for a refund of my down payment. They refused to credit my credit card and 3 weeks later I have still not received a refund check. I am disputing this but will take them to small claims court if I do not get my refund soon. This company has horrible customer service and does not seem to care. I would not do business with this company. Be Careful.

I have had Justin and Gutter Cleaning Pros clean my gutters at my old home. When we moved to our new home, I asked him to come and clean the gutters. There was some wood rot behind the gutters. He repaired the damaged wood and replaced the gutters which were in bad shape. He also repaired several boards on our dormers which had wood rot. We are very pleased with Justin’s work and recommend him and his company Gutter Cleaning Pros.

During one of the torrential downpours this past summer, we noticed the roof was leaking into the attic. Called Gutter Pros and due to the leak, they fit me into their packed schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. I must say that the whole crew, especially William and Krista, are phenomenal at customer service. They took myriad pictures of the problem, explained the options for repair, and gave a reasonable estimate. Communication is a breeze with this company, as is promptness and service which unfortunately seem to the exception rather than the rule these days. It is refreshing to find knowledgeable, experienced, honest, diligent contractors these days, and I have been referring this company to all my friends. Haven’t yet hired them for gutter cleaning services, but for roof repair I will definitely call them again! AAA++++

I needed to have a missing downspout replaced, another extended out to avoid a new flower bed and my gutters cleaned. I also assumed that I possibly needed new gutters since mine were the 17 year old original ones, but I was not sure.
William and his team came out promptly when he said he would and did a great job cleaning my gutters. It turned out that I ended up needing new gutters after all, William was able to clearly show me why I did and I felt he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need, I could tell from the pictures that they were needed. Since I had just paid to have my gutters cleaned and now was going to replace them, William graciously discounted the pricing for me on replacing the gutters. The total package to replace the gutters and downspouts was more than I could afford however William was able to work with me and only replace the gutters using the existing downspouts. This made me very happy as I could tell he was not trying to sell me stuff I didn't need even though it reduced my bill in half and therefore his profits, he cares more about customer service than nickel and diming his prospective clients.
The work was scheduled and completed the same day and for the most part I was thrilled with the work. Everyone makes mistakes now and then and due to a miscommunication between myself and William part of the work ended up not looking as I had envisioned it. It was not wrong or badly done just not what I had imagined. I brought this to Williams attention and wow can I tell you how impressed I was with his overall response and attitude regarding the mistake, he really means it when he says that he wants all his customers to be 100% satisfied. William addressed the issue the very next day at no additional cost to myself and truly left me feeling 100% satisfied.
Additionally I would like to mention that while on the roof of my home his team spotted an issue that needed to be addressed and instead of emailing me about it a day later as a footnote on an invoice William and his team actually corrected the issue for me at no additional cost. I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with their service, I would recommend them for any job you need involving gutters and roofing, in fact I know who to call next year when I need my gutters cleaned.

I initially found Gutter Cleaning Pros on Angie's List. They were highly reviewed. Shortly after purchasing a new home, I used them to clean out our gutters when we noticed overflowing. They noticed some damage on the roof while they were up there cleaning things out, took photos of everything they found, and provided an estimate for fixing the problems (which was actually quite affordable compared to other roofing contractors). We scheduled to have them come out again and perform the work. William came out and was incredibly nice and professional! He finished the work quickly despite findings some shoddy work that a previous contractor had done that resulted in termites and water damage to the exterior of the home. He explained everything clearly and luckily it was fairly new damage and was easily fixed which he offered to do free of charge. This is absolutely a great company to work with who looks to build relationships with its customers and do what it takes to get the job done right. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs gutters cleaned or some roofing maintenance done. A+++

We have been using Gutter Cleaning Pros for several years, and Justin does an excellent job. He is personable, professional, and very thorough. We've never had any remaining leaf debris after his job is complete and we've since had him replace fascia and fix a leaky gutter, he added gutters and downspouts for a porch, and then recently installed gutter guards. I would recommend Justin for any of that work, especially the gutter guards. We're in a relatively wooded lot and we have had better results than expected this fall. He does great work, for very reasonable prices, and I would highly recommend Gutter Cleaning Pros.
