We had Claudio of CCR Renovation Services put in new hardwood flooring in our living room. They did a fantastic job! They also did a superb job carpet cleaning. The carpet looks brand new! Claudio did an amazing job finding the perfect hardwood flooring for us, was amazing with his prompt communication and has a beyond friendly demeanor. My house looks amazing! I had it pressure washed and my windows cleaned. The service was great, Sam, Matt and Chase were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Brightview Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing.

They came earlier than expected and did a great job!! Pricing is very good and second time I have used this company. Will call them again to do my windows. Looks amazing!!

Bobby and Austin were honest and really nice. They shot straight with me, recommending what I needed and letting me know what would have been overkill, so they ended up saving me some money. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. The house looks beautiful too.

All that being said, a few days later we noticed that the bleach water killed a huge section of grass spanning my front yard and even into my neighbor’s yard. Not sure if there was any way to avoid that, but it would have been nice to have been given a clearer warning or some tips on how to treat the lawn immediately after the fact to mitigate the damage.

Also, I was surprised that the company used my water as many companies have their own water tanks. The water pressure in my home was weak for a while after they left and water is extremely expensive in Franklin County, so that indirectly raised the cost of this service.

These guys are awesome! All of our gutters and skylights were clean in no time at all (check out that skylight before and after pic). Super professional and they explained everything fully. 10/10 will definitely be using them again

I was very impressed with Brightview's customer service and professionalism. Our home is about 2 years old and has gutter guards on the back side of the house, but a gutter/downspout on the front of the house that wasn't draining properly. Brightview cleared all of the gutters and gave special attention to the front gutter to clear it during their initial appointment. When it became apparent later during a heavy rain that it was still clogged, they came back and put a bit of extra effort in to make sure that it was properly cleared. The technicians are very polite and show up on time. I'll definitely call them again!!

In preparation for painting, Brightview cleaned the exterior of my house from roof to ground, covering all the paintable surfaces. Though the house is mostly brick, what a difference the cleaning made!!! I now think I will cancel some of the painting such as the gutters. The very pronounced “tiger” streaks on the gutters are totally gone. That is a huge bonus. The overall house looks fantastic and painting almost seems unnecessary.

The staff was outstanding and truly wanted to do everything just right. Parker and Austin are true professionals and I would love to have them return for my next project later this year.

Samuel Rauscher and his assistant were here at 8:00 am as given in the note Week before. A short discussion and they got started. I had removed items near the windows.
They were very thorough especially after cleaning the gutters. They were able to remove items in the gutter which was very hard to do. All gutters flowed perfectly.
They washed and used the device to wipe off the water solution on the windows on the outside.
Samuel and his assistant put the screens back on and left everything in perfect order.
Excellent team and I would ask Brightview tomsend this team out here the next time.

Josh and Matt came out today to wash my windows inside and outside. They also pressure washed my deck and cleaned out my gutters. They did an outstanding job!!! My windows have never been this clean!! This company has high standards!!! I hope I get Josh and Matt again next year.

Brightview came to our home at Lake Gaston several weeks ago. They power washed the vinyl siding on our house, three attached decks, the cement drive and sidewalk, and washed our windows/sliding glass doors inside and out. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience working with BrightView and Amall! They are very professional, honest and responsive. We needed help preparing our house to sell and it was great having one place that could help with multiple jobs. We should have had these jobs done sooner so we could enjoy them.
