I started using them several months back, I could only afford to have them clean my floors. For the first few months they were great! Everything was done exactly how I expected it to be. The Crew spent the entire hour minimum working hard. But then it started to go downhill, I noticed several things not getting done (baseboards weren't getting swept, throw rugs we're getting vacuumed or moved, chairs or even moved from around the dining table) rooms getting skipped all together, then I realized the floors weren't getting washed at all, just swepped. Neighbors would tell me that their car was only in the driveway for around 20 minutes, I pay for 1 hour minimum, and I couldn't get these floors done in 2 hours myself. Just no way. My house is 1900 sq ft, all hard floors. I did complain a couple of times, and I was told that I would receive a $20 discount for one of the services, that never happened. I never got the discount. Then I was told that a manager would do a surprise visit at my next scheduled cleaning, and make sure it was done right. That didn't happen either. I gave them several opportunities to correct my issues, but I wasn't going to pay $90 a week to have my floors washed, and then have to do it myself anyway because either it wasn't getting done, or it was done so poorly that it didn't look like it was done at all. I cancelled my service with them two weeks ago, I've given them this long to call me and try to fix the problem before I posted this review. I've never heard from them. The problem with companies like this, is the cleaners they use are paid poorly and don't care whether or not they come back to your house next week, they're always going to have another house to go to. I've always had much better luck with people who clean for their own business, and my money matters to them. They want me happy, cuz they need to come back next week.

I am very pleased with the cleaning of my house. We have used Molly Maid for several years and have always been very pleased with their work. I feel they do excellent work.

Molly maids continues to be a breath of fresh air when regards to cleaning our home. They are prompt, always call before they come, and do a fantastic job with our home. We have kids, dogs, and a lot of traffic in our house all of which is cleaned to perfection. Truth is cleaning day is my favorite day to come home from work!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning service!

Had my house cleaned for the first time today in Youngsville by Marissa and Lidia who did a fantastic job! The house looks great, they arrived on time and got right to work, both were pleasant and very customer focused. Loved having them and will have them back for regular cleanings. Everything from the 1st home meeting to having the ladies come today worked great. Thank you!

I want to update my review as of 9/26/2018. I moved into a new house and was able to get the same team to clean. The team that cleans have continued to perform well. However, the I have had a few issues with the office management part. When I moved into my new house, they started charging me a different rate without discussing new rates with me or informing me they were going to charge by the hour instead of the flat rate they had quoted me. Instead of a flat rate, they started charging me by the hour saying that some days it took longer to clean than others (even though I get it cleaned weekly and it is the same work every week). The rate would change between $144 - $175+. I found the charges on my card and was upset they hadn't discussed it with me first. They agreed this was not right and refunded me the difference. We agreed on a new (higher) flat rate, which was fine but the estimator never came to my new house to verify the right rate was being charged. Then, several weeks ago they claimed my key no longer worked in the door. I am fairly certain they lost it. They offered to replace all the locks on my doors, but what a PAIN to deal with. And then yesterday they never showed up to clean. I got home and noticed they hadn't cleaned. I checked my mail and they said they just weren't able to do the regularly weekly clean and they would do it next week. No other explanation. That doesn't work for me. I don't need unreliable service that loses my key and charges my card whatever they feel like without telling me. My trust in the office is GONE. I have asked them to return my key immediately and they have not even responded. I can only assume this branch is under different management than it was 2 years ago as I never had a problem previously. I have now used them for 5+ years and I am switching to a new service with better office management practices.

Previous Review: I have been using Molly Maid for just over a year now and I love them! They come every week to clean my house and area always on time and reliable and do a great job. They are careful and courteous and always friendly. They work efficiently and my house is always fresh and clean after they leave. I don't know what I'd do without them!

We hired Molly Maid after the other cleaners went out of business. They have done a great job on our house since taking over about 6 months ago.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs there house cleaned, very professional and they always show up on time. 5 Stars!!

We've used Molly Maid of Wake Forest for a couple of years, and they are great. They do a regular cleaning of our house, and they've also been super for one-off service before and after special events. Their office is very responsive and easy to work with, and the team that does our house is always reliable. Definitely recommended. <thumbs up>

I have had Molly Maid cleaning our house for several years now and I will have to say they have always done an excellent job. Our house is not the easiest to manage with multiple pets and a child and can be quite a bit of an undertaking. Our schedule can be a bit difficult to accommodate on occasion and they have always been more than gracious with our scheduling. We have become quite fond of the regular girls that clean our house and they have always been willing to go the extra mile if need be. I love house cleaning day and coming home to the excellent job they do. thank you....

Start to finish, the whole experience was great. The owner came out to assess my home & how much time would be needed, gave me an estimate & she was right on target. Her staff was friendly, professional & effecient.
They ladies arrived on time, did an amazing job & were very professional. I was thrilled with the results. It gave me the hand up I needed to get my home back in order & I will continue to use & recommend Molly Maids.

Ended up cancelling my service because of poor quality of services rendered. Ceiling fans were not dusted. Shelving was not dusted. If I am paying someone to clean my home, I expect them to do at least as good of a job as I do.
Save your money and reduce your frustration by just cleaning your home yourself.

I needed Molly Maids for a move out cleaning. The ladies were punctual and personable. They did a fabulous job of cleaning our rental home. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Molly Maids to anyone needing a thorough housecleaning.

Can't compliment their services enough. A blade on a set of blinds was accidentally caught while cleaning and was broken off, leading to a charge from my rental company when i moved out. Molly Maid reimbursed me the exact charged amount without questions asked. That, plus the wonderful cleaning job they did, will lead to me calling them for every cleaning i need in the future and also telling everyone i know to use them for their cleaning services. Molly Maid didn't have to reimburse me for the charge i received, but they chose to. 5 stars is not enough.

I am very pleased with Molly Maids, my house was very clean and the polite employees were done in a timely matter, I will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

We booked a "move out cleaning" cleaners were there for 3.5 hours and we failed the cleaning inspection of our move out inspection. Absolutely do not use this company. The house was completely empty of all furniture and the cleaners still didn't get the place clean.

Super easy to schedule, the team came out and cleaned my mom's house after it sold to get it ready for the new homeowner. New Homeowner commented on how clean the house was and how happy they were with the way it looked.

Quality of the clean depends who is working that day. Some of the cleaning ladies cannot make a bed properly and I have to remake them. Often, toilet bowls are not thoroughly cleaned. Overall, cleanings are satisfactory.

I contacted Molly Maid over a week ago to schedule a one time cleaning. It took me a long time to decide on a company that I felt comfortable with. I was asked to let them know what areas that were most important to me. I told them that the dusting was very important. I was told that if I provided the furniture polish that the cleaners would use it when dusting. I received a phone call 3 days before my scheduled cleaning telling me that they don't use furniture polish even if it is provided. The $248 price didn't change however. When I said I wanted to cancel the appointment there was no explanation, or apology or even a reduction in the price. I guess I am fortunate that I didn't go through with the cleaning. I'm sure that other corners would have also been cut.
