Our hot water heater went out on Friday morning. Hoff examined Friday night, was able to secure a new hot water heater and installed it Sunday morning. Their service was professional, courteous, on time all at a completely fair price. Would unquestioningly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

My AC blew up a few days ago and instinctively I contacted ARS, they quoted me over 7 GRAND! I was driving down the road and saw a little truck with HOFF Heating and Cooling on the back. I went ahead and got quoted about $2,000 less than ARS was charging me off the rip; I'd recommend this to my neighbor, family, and friends.

I had my whole ac unit repaired and replaced by this company this month. The company came every day until the job was done. They kept in touch with me every or night with ordered parts and home warranty companies final decision and when they are coming to perform the service. Very good at what they do.

Azi is ALWAYS great and professional. We use him for our home and business and he never fails to impress. He gets us in on short notice and always has amazing rates. We cannot recommend him enough!

We woke up to 80 degrees in our house on a Sunday at 5:00 am. I googled HVAC in Wake Forest and Hoff Heating and cooling was advertised as 24 hour service so I gave them a call. Ozzy answered and was here in about an hour and a half. He had us up and running in about 45 minutes. Definitely will get on his maintenance ☺️
