Crabtree responded quickly and professionally for a second opinion on repair for an air conditioning system in a new house during the extreme heat. They were able to obtain a part in two days where the original AC installer quoted over five days if they were lucky. Their quote was also $600.00 cheaper. They showed me the damaged part of the original air coil and quickly and efficiently completed the repair.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Reasonable with pricing. Called late on Thursday and was fit in the very next morning. I highly recommend this local company to anyone who has HVAC issues or in need of replacement. Their service plans are great too and will give me the peace of mind going forward. A good friend of mine, who has worked with CJ for years, recommended him & Crabtree. Called him, set an appointment and paid for the warranty, where they come out 2x a year for 4 years and you only pay for 2 years. CJ explains everything several times, is very friendly and even stayed longer to find our cat who had followed him in the attic and blended in with the insulation. Reasonably priced, friendly guy and great service, look forward to working with him again.

Jamie responded quickly to our call and supplied four options to replace our 18 year old struggling cooling system. We were completely satisfied with the installation and prompt service.

Jamie came out to repair the problem I had and quickly analyzed it and fixed it. Then proceeded to fix other problems. I didn’t know I had to be in tolerance.

I am completely satisfied and will have him maintain my system twice a year a world of difference from another company I called this week.

I highly recommend Keeping It Comfy and its owner, Jamie Lewis.

About six months ago, we noticed that the air conditioning system (a heat pump) which serves the second floor the house wasn't cooling effectively. So we hired an HVAC firm who advised us that refrigerant had been leaking somewhere (he never tried to figure our where), refilled the system, left us a big bill, and told us to call him back if the performance declined, which it most definitely did.

This time, with virtually no heat during mid-winter, we got Jamie on the case. He immediately diagnosed a problem with the heating coil and located not one but two separate leaks, both of which he repaired before recharging the system. It works flawlessly now and I'm sure next our electric bill will reflect the improved performance.

It's worth noting that Jamie is very responsive and always upbeat. A real pleasure to work with.

Jamie is very professional Took the time to walk through and discuss the proposals and answered our questions. On the day of installation, he and his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our home clean.

Jayme has to be one of the nicest guys out there. Honest, does great work and really tries to do his best at saving your unit. As someone who likes to know what's going on, he took the time to explain everything to me. Owner/operator type company. Cannot recommend enough!!

The service we received from Jamie at Keeping it Comfy was TOP NOTCH!!! He came out to our house early on a Saturday morning, fixed our problem, and then returned the following Friday when the problem reoccurred. The second time he went to great lengths to investigate and fix the problem, and didn't charge us anything since it was technically "under warranty". I couldn't be happier with my experience and would strongly recommend Jamie at Keeping it Comfy to any homeowner with AC repair needs.

Jamie came out today to perform spring/summer maintenance on my 2 systems and to check the air flow for two rooms. He arrived on time and was very considerate to wear a mask at the door and inside my house. He went to work right away and let me know of the issues that he found. His repair quotes were very reasonable and he performed the repairs the same time he performed maintenance. While working, he politely engaged with my son and dogs that came over to greet him. I am very happy with his service and feel it’s worth getting the 3 year plan. I look forward to working with him again in the fall.

We have used this business at least four times and maybe more and every time we have called they have managed to work as in that very day or maybe the next day and every time they have fixed the issue for a fair price. Very professional and trustworthy. Adding to this message I left last year, we just had Jamie out again today. We called him at 8:30 and he was here before 10:30 AM on a Saturday. It’s now 11 o’clock and he’s finished. Problem is solved. This is by far one of the best services we’ve ever used.

Jamie just left our house and we're blown away. He is brilliant at what he does--he knew exactly what needed to be done and did it kindly and quickly and affordably. His customer service and care is matchless.
