Jamie came through again!! Called Jamie about my upstairs furnace not coming on and he responded that he would be at my house later in the afternoon. After checking out my system he quickly found the problem - a defective thermostat. Jamie showed me the different models and after picking one out he did a change over to the new thermostat. And just like that he had the heat on keeping us warm and comfy!! Thanks Jamie!!

Always a pleasure to work with Jamie. Quality work at a fair price. He really goes the extra mile on details to make the job neat and professional! I highly recommend him for system installations and repairs. I once had 3 techs mis-diagnose a problem and Jamie came in an got my AC running properly (TXV malfunction). If you aren't calling Jamie when you're HVAC let's down, you should be! He won't let you down!

Jamie was courteous, professional, and very thorough with his work. My 4-ton heat pump went down during the night. I left a phone message at 5a, and he returned the call at 7a. He scheduled a visit around 9a. I discussed what my thermostat showed a battery issue. Rather than come out for a service call he told me to change the batteries and could fix the problem. It did fix that problem, but the heat pump still did not work. So, he scheduled again 2 hours later and found an issue with the blower motor. He located one in Raleigh, so he went out and picked it up and returned and installed it. He could have charge me for all that time, but he did not. The blower motor was quite but he bought an aftermarket unit that saved me several hundred dollars. Jamie has my thanks for his prompt and helpfulness getting me out of a tough situation!!

2025 - Jamie saved the day again! The entire HVAC system died during the summer heatwave. Hubby called someone to fix HVAC...unbeknownst to me. Tech, showed up in khakis and polo shirt and tried to sell hubby a $12,000.00+ system. I sent him walking. I called Jamie for help! He assessed the situation and provided a more reasonable quote than khaki pants. I trust Jamie and will recommend him for your cooling/heating needs! You rock Jamie!

Jamie's was a lifesaver! My elderly parents had a gas leak in their home. Another company informed them that they needed a new system...$6,000.00! I called Jamie and he DXed the problem and said we didn't need a new system since the old one was still under warranty. He ordered the needed parts and my parents saved alot of $$$. Jamie is the bomb.com! He's gained two new customers and I recommend him for heating and hvac services. Great guy!
