I was impressed with the quality and price of Air Works heating and AC’s service. Ricky the tech that did the job very thoroughly and professionally. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. These days it is hard to find what I consider to be fair honest workmanship but I made the right choice with Air Works. I don’t usually do reviews but was compelled to do one for this company.

I have used Air Works since moving to Raleigh 19 years ago. This is an honest family run business. They ensure that my unit is running smoothly every 6 months. Now that they have added plumbing to their services this is like a "2 for 1" deal. Ricky, Michelle and other family members are always polite and engaging. I highly recommend Air Works for your future needs. Top notch!

I have been using AIR WORKS HEATING AND AIR for several years now. I started using them when I had a problem with one of my units. They did such a phenomenal job that I elected to join their maintenance program. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed in any service that I've received to include their customer service. Michelle is my all time favorite person to talk to on the phone. Her sunny disposition is catching. .
Today, Alston Bradley came to my home for our biannual maintenance. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable about the service he was providing. I really was impressed with this young man and the work he did. Good job Alston (if you ever read this). I was very pleased with your work. Thanks AIR WORKS!!!

My heat was not working & Air Works Heating & Air was recommended to me so I gave them a call. The receptionist is super friendly, and I received “next day service” which is almost unheard of!! The technician arrived within the timeframe given; he was friendly & professional. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my heat unit within an hour of picking up the part. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with the price and the service. The repair was extremely reasonably priced. I will always utilize their service from this point forward.

Late last night I had an issue with my AC unit. It just wouldn't turn on at all and my thermostats were off. I called them first thing in the morning. They sent somebody by 10:30 a.m. He fixed it in 5 minutes. Super nice. Super professional (Thanks Ricky!) Hopefully I won't have to use them often but if I do, I will definitely be calling them back.

I have been using them for many years in two different homes. I’ve also recommended them to my children for their homes. Airworks does a great job. They are always very reasonable. I never feel like I’m being upsold, and I always feel like they are giving me the least expensive solution to my problem. Highly recommend this company.

We are so impressed with this company! From the office to the techs, this team was prompt, professional, courteous and appreciative of our business. The team that installed our new unit encountered an issue from our house and they worked until everything was done and working perfectly. I definitely recommend AirWorks for your HVAC needs!

The whole staff at Air Works is awesome! I called at noon on a Friday because my AC went out. They really didn’t have an opening but said they would get to me after hours. Surprise, Ricky showed up at 3:45 and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes! I highly recommend Air Works to anyone needing HVAC service.

I highly recommend using them for all servicing needs. Steve, the technician was A+. He went through his findings and gave options on what to do next. There was no pressure at all. I give 5 stars.
Update 1/19/2024---just had a maintenance check up. I called the office and made an appointment for a service check. They were very accommodating with my schedule. The technician, Justin, came out and listened to a concern I had been having with the heating system and immediately without hesitation remedied the issue. Great company with great people.

Bryan and team were incredible to work with from start to finish. Polite, professional, honest and efficient. This is the first time in a long time we didn't even have to clean up anything post-departure of a contractor. And...the new system is awesome! Keeps up with this summer heat and humidity with no problem. It's super quiet as well. When we need our downstairs unit replaced we'll definitely call Bryan and have him do it.

Update - April 2022 - Bryan and team replaced our downstairs unit 2 Springs back and the experience was the same - simply awesome! This was a much bigger job as we had them also replace all ducting as well as the complete system. They are all so very professional and polite it's a true joy to work with them.

This update was prompted by their Spring health check visit. All good and an great experience as usual. I wish all the vendors we used were as easy to work with and conscientious as Bryan and the Air Works team.

Update - October 2025 - 6 years in and we're still totally happy with Air Works Heating & Air. We even experienced their new Plumbing Service in the Summer and we're super pleased with the quality and value. Thanks Bryan, Michelle and team for your continued professionalism and quality service!

I called Air Works because we were having issues with our heating and a/c. The interaction with staff via phone was professional and amazing. Forgive me I can not remember her name but she was nice and allowed me to share what was going on without interruption...she listened. I had to reschedule and they were responsive and assisted me in getting a new appt. 5/23/23 Ricky my tech came to assess what was going on. He was absolutely amazing..very calming, professional, and he too listened to my story and asked & answered questions for me without hesitation. He solved our problem and had our unit working. He told me to call back if we have any issues or other issues. Ricky was very knowledgeable and professional....thank you Air Works for helping us!

Fast, professional, courteous, and reliable.

I called after 5:00 because our AC wasn't working. Repairs were scheduled for the next day. Less than 24 hours later, our AC was working. The technician called me to let me know when he would arrive and when he finished (I was out of town). I'm very impressed with how quickly and easily this was taken care of.

I have been an Airworks Heating and Air customer for over a decade. I first contacted them when my unit died on a hot summer day. They came out quickly and fixed the unit. I signed up for an annual maintenance plan and have been a loyal customer ever since. They are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend this company more.

We love Air Works Heating & Air! They have always been courteous, thorough in their explanations, and open and honest about prices and any concerns with our system. Technician Justin came out today for my biannual service. He arrived exactly when he said he would, listened to the concerns I'd noted, and immediately took steps to investigate and find a solution. I was pleased with his work and remain a happy customer.

Patrick came out to perform our fall maintenance inspection. He did a very thorough job and brought to our attention a small issue that could cause a big problem further on down the road. Air Works Heating & Air has always provided us with great service at a great price.

Great job! Made sure I was satisfied. Had a new, dual 16 sear package AC / Heat system installed. Price of the new systems has really gone up since 16 years ago but that’s not my installer’s fault.
Edited to add that Air Works just finished my AC system check for the summer. Had a new hire who was just like the rest. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. A great local business with a responsive owner and work force. Been using them for more than 10 years.

Just had a new HVAC system installed by the best company around! Thank you to Air Works Heating and Air for not only a great job, but for their care and concern for their customers! Felix and son Carter did a wonderful job installing the unit, along with Axel & Dylan's thorough cleaning out the ducts, and of course Josh & Patrick making the initial assessment. And of course the great office staff, Thank you again!

Recently Air Works Heating & Air replaced the downstairs unit in my home. They did a fantastic job. The guys were prompt, knowledgeable, & courteous. The estimate they provided me was for a more efficient unit at a better price than the other two estimates I got. I trust them to service both the units in my home without trying to sell me something I don’t need. Thanks again Air Works!!

These guys are the best. A different company told me I needed a new unit and we’re going to charge very high pricing. I called Air Works after remembering I had used them in the past and was just as satisfied this Tim if not more than the last. My unit does not need replacing but just a few minor repairs and some Freon. Air Works fixed cleaned the coils and capped off the Freon for less than the competition was charging for only Freon . All the reviews are true and Josh the technician was professional honest and great in general. I recommend to everyone to forget the rest and sign up with these guys.

Service was great. Tech came quickly, diagnosed problem, explained the problem to me, and went out of the way to locate part necessary for the repair. Rick was professional and friendly at the same time. I will definitely use them the next time I need HVAC service.

Air works was recommended to me by my old HVAC person after I moved out of his service area. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from them.

I was having trouble with my A/C this past summer. After speaking with my old ac man he advised that my system was probably leaking freon from the condenser and based on the age of the unit would need to be replaced. He told me to have some Freon added and it might last a year, might last a month.

I called Air works and told them what I wanted to do. They didn’t give me any trouble or try to up sale me on anything. They came out and added some Freon at a reasonable price. That fixed the A/C, and got us through the summer. Unfortunately the leak was not small and the unit needed be replaced.

Fast forward to November, Brian came out and gave me a quote on a new system, which was also very reasonable. Each time they have been out they showed up on time, and did a very professional job on the new install.

Air works will be the only company I use living forward and I would highly recommended them.
