We had our furnace go out and Southern Seasons sent out Nick. Nick diagnosed the problem and explained to me what’s going on. He came back out with the part and had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend requesting Nick on your next service call.

Great company! Everyone was professional, starting with Tony in sales to Jeremy and the install team. The people working in the office were always available for a question and never took long to reply. Showed up right when they said they would. Once on site took great care and respect for the interior of my home. Price was exactly as agreed to. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are the BEST!!! They get it done and clean up after themselves. They always keep you informed if you ask. I met them around 2010 when they were just starting out and I needed a charge, Sunday in the summer at 101 degrees at 5PM when they made it out and fixed my issue.
I built my new home in 2021 durving Covid. I asked them and 3 others for a competitive quote, all were exceptable except one. I met the others to get a feel on what they were proposing for my home. One wanted to put the systen in my sealed crawl. I had this on my last house and it was a pain to move around and the ducts took up so much floor space.
One never showed and then Southern Seasons came over. They took the time to go through every detail of my system. In my reaserech before I built we went to many home shows and I spent a lot of time on the internet, I came up with York since they were the only ones with a 100% - 10 year parts and labor guarantee. They talked me down to the next series sine they were not comfortable selling something they did not like or had issues with.
It is now December 17th 2025, they came out for my yearly inspection and I know if there is a problem, they will be there and make my life better, more comfortable and I like that alot!

I especially want to recognize Jakob, one of their technicians. He’s extremely knowledgeable, personable, and has a great attitude. He takes the time to explain diagnostics clearly so that customers can understand what’s going on, and he walks through different repair or replacement options without any high-pressure sales tactics. That kind of honesty and care is rare, and much-appreciated.

Technician (Nick) was able to come out same day and quickly diagnose my AC unit. He was very friendly and professional.

Also very appreciative of the person that runs the phones for the central office.

Our technician, I believe his name was nick, was very nice. He came and repaired the issue with no problem. He actually saved us a lot of money! I gave the company 4 stars due to being after the timeframe they gave me. Also the first technician who diagnosed the problem told us the drain was the problem and needed to be replaced. The technician who came yesterday said no, the system is sloping which was causing the problem. I’m thankful this second technician came who saved us a money! A shout out to him! Also customer service is wonderful too! My advice is to have two different technicians opinions.

Our gas furnace went out in the middle of the night on the weekend during the recent bitter cold. I contacted our regular HVAC provider who was unable to respond due to workload and recommended Southern Seasons. I called them early on a Saturday morning and left a voicemail. Kristal called me back within 30 minutes and had a technician (Nick) at our house within an hour. Nick was personable, polite and very knowledgable about our particular system. I went into the crawl space with him and he explained the diagnostic process to narrow down the source of the problem. It turned out to be a part called an inducer motor that had failed. Unfortunately, that particular OEM part was unavailable on the weekend and could not be obtained until Monday, so Nick was unable to complete the repair. Our regular HVAC provider ultimately obtained the part and completed the repair. However, we were highly pleased with Southern Seasons response and proper diagnosis of the problem as well as a very fair price for the trip charge.

I have worked with this company on at least three ocassions and every single time they have been fantastic. I first found them when one of my units failed. The first company I called was atrocious and overcharged me for the diagnostic before trying to sell me an overpriced package to replace the unit altogether. Thankfully I cut my losses and called Southern Seasons for a second opinion. The unit was indeed ready to go, but they quoted me a reasonable price for the replacement and didn't try to upsell or overcharge me. Following that service they have come back a couple of times to repair my older unit or correct the settings on the newer one and each time they have been fair, reliable, and professional.

Always excellent service. My main reason for dealing with a company for services is their trustworthiness. If it doesn't need to be done, it isn't recommended. If it needs to be done, it is done efficiently and correctly and fairly. I'm so glad to have found Southern Seasons Heating & Air
Conditioning. My daughter used them for years when she lived in Raleigh and had them check out my HVAC unit a few years ago. With confidence I am able to call them when needed and always more than satisfied with the results. The owners really have built a great company and the technicians are always great to deal with.

This is a wonderful company! The lady that runs the central office (Hope) is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service personnel are wonderfully professional and efficient. Matthew Griffin did a great job with our standard service, and Michael Mullenski did some custom work for us with our thermostat that we love. Super helpful and accommodating! Thank you.

The other important issue is that they don't charge absurd rates like the big companies... you don't 5 thousand dollars for 4 hours of work!

This was my first experience and I was very pleased. The team was friendly and respectful of my home. They wore covers on their shoes and explained their work. I also liked they called in advance so i k ew when they’d arrive. I can already tell a big difference in my dryer as clothes don’t need multiple cycles to dry. I’d definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Air Works is family owned and trustworthy. They are always timely. I highly recommend them. They have added Plumbing Service to their company and Joseph just did a plumbing inspection on my house. He is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I was happy with the service. I purchased my upstairs unit from them and this was part of the install. They serviced my old unit for free also. I did need a capacitor on the old unit. He told me what the reading should be before he hooked up the meter. He did not pressure me into the repair.

I just had my second service. I really trust the technician and like that he said that AirWorks is a great place to work.

UPDATE BELOW! I called another local company, which told me that my fan motor and compressor were shot and tried to sell me a $10,000 HVAC system on the spot. I decided to get a second opinion, and I had the good fortune of calling Air Works. Ricky came to my house within a few hours of my initial call, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes (a faulty relay -- a $200 repair), got the part delivered overnight, and fixed it first thing the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, and he saved me thousands of dollars. Consider me a customer for life -- thank you so much! UPDATE: Since my first review, I've used AirWorks two more times. About a year ago, I needed a whole system replaced: they gave me the best price of anyone, the installation was awesome, and the techs and managers were friendly and informative. They were just perfect. Then last week, I had a problem, and they came right out, checked it out fast, didn't try to upsell me, and actually caught ANOTHER problem (a clogged drain) and fixed it up right there on the spot. It is *so rare* to find a contractor who does good work and who I can really trust to just tell it to me like it is. This is my one and only go-to HVAC company from now on. Thank you all!

After calling multiple companies for quotes to clean out my dryer duct I contacted Air Works Heating and Air. Not only were their prices much more competitive, the phone was promptly answered by a real person. The service was scheduled within a few days, they showed up on time, and I’m 100% confident of their work. Highly recommended!

Air Works has been servicing my house for the last couple of years. My heating and air unit runs great. They don't pressure sale any extra stuff like other companies. My service tech Justin was very informative and did an outstanding job!
