I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating & Air. Last Spring we had to replace the HVAC at our rental home. Anthony & his wife were honest, super easy to work with & their rates were very reasonable. Anthony could have easily pushed a higher end unit on me, but instead explained which unit would be best for that house, NOT the most expensive.
Yesterday we had our yearly maintenance done. Jakob was prompt, friendly & professional. It’s been a pleasure meeting/working with each one of them.

I called and spoke to Crystal who was kind and informative and got me on the schedule the very next day! Jakob showed up with a amazing attitude and a smile on his face. Gave us great service and was very personable and kind. I would highly recommend southern seasons heating and air conditioning. We will also be signing up for their comfort club service plan in the future.

This Company came highly recommended from a coworker, and I’m so glad that I took her recommendation. We had a rather emergent Situation where an overflow was leaking down into our walls. I spoke with Anthony and he assured us that he would have someone out right away to help. Jakob was our technician and not only was a professional and prompt, but he also took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and explain what his readings meant. It was much appreciated. When we decide to put in a new unit, this is the crew we will be using.

When the A/C went out at my rental property, I reached out to multiple companies to get quotes and diagnoses. Southern Seasons stood out right away — they were incredibly responsive, caring, honest, and offered the most reasonable pricing.

They took the time to clearly explain all of my options, which made the decision to go with the York Side Discharge unit; and it’s been running perfectly ever since.

I've had wonderful experiences with Anthony and his team at Southern Seasons! It is rare to find honest, reliable and knowledgeable contractors these days. I was incredibly impressed these folks and it was an absolute joy to work with them.

The team at Southern Seasons clearly take customer service seriously and it shows in each of their team members I've interacted with thus far. From calling to make the appointment, to Tony coming out to scope the job, receiving the quote, talking with the owner Anthony (and asking lots of questions!), and interacting with the crew that did the job, I could not be more pleased from start to finish.

The team completely replaced the old ductwork in my home and added new bath exhaust fans to my bathrooms. On top of all the other positives, they were able to do the job quickly and for what I would consider a very reasonable price.

A few weeks after my project was completed, my parent's furnace went out and without hesitation we reached out to Southern Seasons. We called after hours in the evening and they had someone to their house within an hour who fixed the issue. Again, the technician was prompt, knowledgeable and on top of that, there was no additional after hours fee!

I will continue to trust Southern Seasons Heating & Air going forward and gladly recommend them to others in the area! Kudos to Anthony and his amazing team!

Southern Seasons installed a new hvac unit for us. The price was fair and they worked hard to get it completed in one day so we would have a/c for the hottest summer days. We had an issue with a breaker afterwards and they came out super quickly and resolved it within a couple of hours. Jakob was our technician and he was personable, professional, and did a great job. They always answer the phone when you call and have been great to work with!

Best company I ever had servicing my equipment and maintaining my equipment. Previous two companies were horrible and nearly destroyed my new system. They came in,and got everything right and been working great since they came out.

Southern Seasons and Nick came to our rescue! We learned that we were having a lot of condensation coming off our ac unit in our attic. After calling the company that did the original install of our home we felt their “solution” wasn’t thorough and didn’t explain how it would prevent the condensation in the future. I decided to call Southern Seasons for a second opinion and I am so glad I did! Nick was very professional, friendly, and thorough in diagnosing the issue. He provided a detailed explanation for the recommended repairs and improvements to our system that would solve our condensation issue. Nick and the crew that came to do the repairs were very friendly and completed the work efficiently. We are so pleased with Southern Seasons we joined their Comfort Club and they will be our go to hvac company going forward!

Nick from Southern Seasons did a fantastic job! He was quick, professional, and very thorough with getting to the cause of the issue we were experiencing. Everything was handled smoothly, and I really appreciated how transparent and courteous he was. Highly recommend!

We recently had a problem with our attic AC unit. No cold air was blowing out of the registers. Isaiah from Southern Seasons came out and checked several areas to help narrow down the problem. In the end, it was the last thing he suggested checking, which was the hall thermostat that was the problem. After bypassing the thermostat, we got cold air again. We really appreciated his attention to detail and troubleshooting the issue, not just recommending to replace something. He was very personable, arrived on time as expected and professional.
Later, we had an issue with our condensate line being clogged, causing water to drip down from the ceiling into another room. Isaiah again answered the call and helped diagnose and resolve the issue. He arrived at our house the same day that we called, very responsive. He unclogged the line, which eliminated the issue.
It's nice to work with a company that provides good service: attention to detail, willingness to troubleshoot, employees with a great personality and reasonable prices. Thank you for helping to resolve our issues!

Our upstairs heating unit stopped heating during Thanksgiving weekend and Southern Seasons sent a technician the very next day, on a Sunday. The technician, Nick, was extremely professional, he diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in less than an hour. We are beyond thankful to Southern Seasons and especially Nick for a very quick response and repair on a cold Holiday weekend.

The professionalism of this young man is only exceeded by his personal characteristics that reflect a man of impeccable upbringing. I've known Matt and his family since 1984, none better. Thank you AJ and Kristal for sending us Matt. Having been with my previous HVAC company for 40 years, I'm thrilled to give you my next 40. Jake came out to our home and did maintenance on both my hvacs and furnaces.
I highly recommend these guys, they are so helpful and knowledgeable, they did a fantastic job and they reconnected stuff back up that had been left unconnected from the last owners.
I will be highly recommending Southern Seasonsto all my friends and family. Great job and thanks again Jake for everything.

Southern Seasons really came through for me during all the cold weather this January. My heating system was failing and it was a mess ( A different company installed and we have had many problems with it) Every tech that has came out has been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I cannot thank Matt, Isiah, Nick and Andrew enough for all they did to get our heat fixed!

Jacob did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He took the time to explain the cause of the issue and solution; and patiently answered all of my questions. We are very grateful to Jacob and the Southern Seasons staff for the quick response and repair, especially during the holidays.

As happens sometimes this time of year, we switched on the heat & nothing but disappointed filled the room. We called Southern Seasons and it was nothing but good news from there on. Have used southern seasons air 3 times and each time they’ve been incredibly prompt and fixed our issue within a few hours ! This most recent snow/ice storm, our upstairs heat stopped working. I called at 9am, and they had someone at my house by 11:45am same day, with snow covered roads! Our upstairs was getting down to 58 degrees so very appreciative they were so prompt and were able to fix our issue within a few hours
