They came out same day for me after my AC broke down during a very hot day and were able to get my house cooled down and even fixed one of my broken vents so my house would cool down better than before. I called 5 other companies before I called here trying to get a same day service so our dogs wouldn’t be hot and they all wanted almost 200 just to drive out and they wouldn’t come until the morning. So thankful for all their help.

Needed a whole house dehumidifier installed and they not only got me on the schedule in less than a week, but were extremely professional and efficient, especially since my hvac and utilities are located in a really nasty area under my house. Julio and Edgar were amazing and kept me informed as things came up as needed.

I will definitely recommend them to others

He was very professional and responsive, and the install was very clean. Overall, I'm very happy with his services and I will keep recommending him.

The reason why I gave them five stars is mainly on their punctuality, flexibility, and the very respectful communication i'd received. Jose was very kind and patient. He broke down the wear and tear of my unit by explaining and showing the hazards to me. Due to my hectic work schedule, he suggested times that were more convenient and made himself available if I had any questions and concerns. Rodolfo and Wilson installed my unit. They were kind and were very respectful of my home. Took their shows off at the door or worn shoe covers so I wouldn't have scoff marks on my floor. All of them were very respectful to me and my belongings, and that made me feel good. To me, that shows the type of quality of work I'd received, and it was excellent.

Residential did a great job installing a new ac unit at my house. Their team’s quality of work was really impressive. I took a close look at all the connections and they clearly took their time to get it right. They came out and got everything done within a day in the middle of july and saved my family from the misery of no ac in a heat wave.

One of the best experiences I’ve had! Jose and his team at Residential HVAC Services were amazing. I called about our A/C system not cooling our house properly and within an hour Jose was at our door. He diagnosed our problem and talked me through the full details of the A/C failure. He never tried to sell me or tell me I needed to do something, rather his recommendations were honest, detailed, and helped me make an informed decision. After finding that our indoor coil was the cause of the A/C failure, Jose was able to give us a great recommendation for replacement at a very reasonable price. We found out that the unit was under warranty and Residential HVAC was able to get the replacement part and install it quickly. When the team came to do the fix, they were very respectful and professional. From wearing covers for their shoes when entering the house to arriving when they said they would be there. The fix took around 3 hours which was very quick and our A/C was back up and running cold as the Arctic in no time at all. I would highly recommend Jose and his team at Residential HVAC Services if you are ever in need of heating or cooling services. Jose and team completed a full HVAC unit replacement for me last summer. The unit has been working as expected. They provided curtesy calls to ensure I was happy with the system. It’s been running smoothly for 8 months now. The digital thermostat they included in the install works great and the system overall has been a cost savings for me. They are very professional in their work and clean up activities. I would and have recommended them to others in need of a new HVAC or to service there system

My A/C compressor broke in the summer of course, 95 degrees outside. So I call residential HVAC they answer and told they would be there the same day. Jose arrived check the system and gave me an estimated on replacing the compressor, which he told it was in warranty, of upgrading the outside and inside system. Of the upgrade was from 2 ton to 2.5 tons, save electricity bill , so I decided to upgrade the a/c . It was Wednesday and Friday Jose came with his team to upgrade the system, they were finished by 5 A/C working beautiful. Very clean work and very satisfied. They scheduled the City inspection, everything passed. Recommended them anytime.
