Had a maintenance visit today. Technician arrived right on time. Explained to me what he was doing and made a recommendation for a part replacement that I will need. I have been using this company for nearly 20 years. I highly recommend them.

Blake went above and beyond to get our unit working again. He even spent the extra time to educate me about my system. Thankful there are good people like Blake out there that stand by their work. 5 stars

We were lucky to have found this company when we did. We received excellent service, first from the technician, Danny who came to diagnose the problem. He provided a temporary solution, while we waited for the worn out blower motor to be purchased and replaced. Blake came to replace the part shortly afterwards. He is a wonderful, knowledgable, and patient technician - kudos to him for getting our system up and running again in no time! I recommend the company highly.
We have a Trane system and had an unfortunate experience some years back, with a different company - we had a problem with a loose part that cost us a lot of money (several visits with different diagnoses, each costing an arm and a leg) and yet the system was barely 4 years old at the time. Since then we have been weary of HVAC companies. Blake and his team have restored our confidence - Thank you!

It is such a pleasure when Blake comes to deal with my HVAC issues. He is on time, patient with my explanation of the problem, and very good at teaching me about the system. He repairs what is broken, and more importantly, he empowers his customers to be able to maintain their system, and not be intimidated by the over-complicated technology, such as thermostat controls like Nest. With Blake as the face of this company, I will be loyal to Carolina Air Services.

Our HVAC system randomly stopped working, but Blake quickly fixed the AC and the heater. He was super professional and really friendly. I definitely recommend this company—they helped me out last minute and explained everything clearly. I'll definitely keep using them.
