Matt @ Casey HVAC is the best! I ask for him every time and he always delivers. He’s gone out of his way to help me on multiple occasions. Matt is an absolute Legend.

When my home was built, there were a couple design flaws in the HVAC system. Ronnie from Casey HVAC came out multiple times to ensure the problems were corrected. Ronnie is very responsive, and he cares about his customers. Grateful for the work he did to get my HVAC running properly.

I can't say enough good things about Casey Services. They are the contractor who installed the HVAC system in our relatively new Wake Forest Brandywine home. Since moving in a year and a half ago, I have had some questions about the system and they have always been good with connecting me with their technicians to answer my questions. Recently we had an issue with some water leakage from the condensate drain line. Casey Services sent Matt out to take care of the problem. Matt spent a great deal of time explaining the system and what he was doing to address the problem. It was obvious that he was an expert in his trade and the inner workings of the system. I recommend Casey Services and Matt for your HVAC needs and appreciate their professionalism.

Part 2. TJ came out to diagnose and service an A/C cooling issue. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and quickly found the problem. Casey Services has great personnel and TJ is a great technician and representative of the company.

Casey’s was the original installer of our HVAC system. They’ve been a great help with answering all of our questions regarding our system along with coming out and servicing the equipment. Every person that’s come by has been extremely helpful, especially Dale. He’s great. I highly recommend them and will continue them in the future.

Cole is very pleasant and works hard to respond immediately to trouble calls. He explains each step of the way any work to be completed as well as associated cost (best price). Courteous!!

Casey’s installed the heating and air system into our brand new house more than three years ago. Since moving in we have delt with an air issue in the Master however did not seek Casey’s assistance in fixing this during the warranty period. We finally called Casey’s last week to get an estimate on a fix due to the air issues that were beginning to impact not only my husband and I, but now also our new born daughter. Casey’s sent Harry out to evaluate the issue last Wednesday and within an hour he worked with their Service Manager to come up with a fix. It was determined that they would added another vent to out very large Master at no charge to us. The guys came out to our home yesterday (less than a week later) to fix the issue and did a wonderful job.

We had ever intention of paying for the work that was done in our home since it was outside of the warranty period however Casey’s wanted to insure that the system was working properly. We could not be more pleased with the work done. The job was done very quickly and with no mess for us to clean up after they left. Harry is a pleasure to work with, as well as the two gentleman that came to our home to complete the job. We would definitely recommend using Casey’s for system replacements, maintenance and replairs.

Casey Services is a great company. I've been using them for about 3 years now. Always quick schedule an appointment. I purchase their maintenance contract which services my units twice a year. Every season they call me to schedule. Everyone that has been sent to my house has been very knowledgeable and professional. Would defiantly recommend!

Casey Services initially installed my American Standard AC back in 2004. I have been very pleased with their service. Julia was very helpful with getting me worked in last month when my inside temps had reached 80+ inside. Chris who was my technician was very prompt and was able to get the part and repair it the very same day!! I have recommended them to 2 other customers who used them for their new HVAC systems.

We have been using Casey Services for many years. They are super nice people to work with starting when you first call the Office. Julia is great. The services people are very nice, easy to talk with, they are prompt in their schedule, and very knowledgable of heating and air condition service. I have recommended them to some friends and will recommend them again. They respond quickly in case of emergency.

We're an annual maintenance customer of Casey Services and recently had them install a new American Standard upstairs HVAC system for us. We were extremely happy with the work - Harry is very thorough and always made sure our questions were answered. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the pros & cons of the various system choices and options. He's a real asset to the company and we plan on requesting him specifically for future work. The installation team was also very efficient and left both our attic and outside work area very tidy when they were done. We highly recommend using Casey. The only small glitch was we didn't realize that the building inspector would not be able to come on the same day the system was installed. We ended up having to take off some extra time from work the next day to be home for the inspection, but everything went smoothly and we were very pleased that Casey passed with flying colors. Thanks Casey Services for the great work. We're very happy with our new system.

Rylin is A true professional! He repaired and replaced damaged materials and gave us great follow up on our maintenance for the air conditioning system. He is excellent and I recommend him highly to all who have the pleasure of working with him. Dan Wopperer, MD.

I've been using Casey Services now for about two years to service my HVAC system. My next door neighbor recommended them. I've been quite pleased with their service. Julia from the main office is very helpful setting up appointments and the technicians come right on schedule. The last couple of times a very kind and bright young man Austin has come to the house. I really feel like I made a good choice with Casey Services.

If I could give this company infinite stars, I would! We just moved to Youngsville on Saturday. When we walked through the door, it was like an arctic circle!! It was warmer outside!

Long story short… we called the number on the thermostat and were instantly greeted with kindness! They explained it might be Sunday morning before they could get to us and I was so grateful for that!! It’s a busy time right now, so to me that was quick!

They sent us TJ first, who did his very best to get the old unit working. Sadly it was not to be. What a gracious nice man he was though!

Next came Harry, he walked us through our options for the new system. By now we were at Monday, a holiday, so no permits would be pulled that day!! Harry assured us he could get them pulled and get work started before the impending snow storm!

Well… Harry and the Casey HVAC angels came through for us and we could not be thankful enough to them for getting us taken care of before the storm!!

A million times, THANK YOU!!

Cole was very thorough and careful to diagnose the issue. He answered all of our many questions, politely, and we are more informed than before he came. This is our second experience with this company and BOTH times we have been very pleased and will recommend them, should the opportunity arise! Thank you!

Ricky did an excellent job in advising me on expectations of my HVAC system as it ages. This information was very helpful as a senior citizen. You need more folks like him.

Mat is the best! He helped my grandparents when no one else would. I am so appreciative of his services! He is very responsive and respectful. Highly recommended if you need any heating or cooling assistance!

We have been using Casey Services for several years and are very pleased with their service. Julia is always friendly and really tries to schedule appointments that work best for us. The technicians are very knowledgeable and arrive on time. We recently moved into a new house and Kaleb did a great job helping us to understand all of the systems in place, as well as getting a whole-house humidifier up and running again. We highly recommend Casey Services.

Since my last review 5 months ago, we continue to be very pleased with Casey Services. Our heat went out during the coldest week of the winter, and Casey Services was quick to come out late in the evening, identify the issue, order the part, and help us get back up and running! We are also very happy with their annual maintenance contract. We love that they come out twice a year to check and clean the unit, and help to proactively prevent issues down the road.

Cole Hunt HVAC technician from Casey Svs. In the Wake Forest area recently assisted us with our AC units. Cole immediately knew what was causing our units not to be working properly and provided a detailed explanation of what my options were. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain his assessment every step of the way. When I learned how young he was, I was blown away by his maturity. Cole came to service our HVAC on the 4th of July when we had a house full of guests … and really needed it!
