Cole was on time and professional. He checked out our HVAC system. Diagnosed a transformer that was was not producing the correct voltage needed for our system. Gave me a quote for the repairs, showed me the underperforming transformer after removal and tested the rest of the system. Explained what he was doing and completed the work and maintenance check in 90 minutes. Great experience

Cole came out to do our hvac service today and did a great job. He called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived right on time. I highly recommend Casey Services for all HVAC needs.

Beware Casey services will rip you off. They told me my unit needed $4500 worth of repairs. “The parts were under warranty” but the labor was not... Only to find out it was just a thermostat. Get 2nd opinions folks! Thank you Raines heating and air for your great services.

Had my heat upstairs go out this morning and TJ came to save the day! TJ walked me through everything and explained it so I understood what was going on. He got everything fixed up for me and now I am nice and warm again. Thanks TJ for your hard work! Will definitely use him again in the future!

My HVAC stopped blowing air from the registers, so I called Casey’s Services, whom I used in the past. They were able to make an appointment next day to check the system out.
Their service man, Cole, came out and did a thorough inspection and found the problem within an hour. He explained to me exactly what the problem was, and gave a fair quote on site.
Casey’s Services was prompt, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable for my HVAC needs and would have no problem calling on them again in the future.
