Excellent, reliable and honest service! Our heating unit stopped working over night during the weekend with freezing temperatures. We were so worried we couldn’t get anyone to come and repair the system, being that it was Sunday. Not only we got to talk to a real person and scheduled an appointment, that Mr. Holm showed up early in the afternoon. He was quick and informed us of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, our unit needed a new piece installed and could stop at anytime again. Mr. Holm had the piece ordered and installed by Tuesday evening! He understood the precarious situation we could find ourselves again: with no heat in very cold temperatures! We appreciate so much that he solved this issue as quick as he did and that unit never stopped working in between repairs! Mr. Holm is fast and thorough at what needs to be done! Look no further for fast and reliable service.

I called Doug around 5 pm on a Sunday, by 7:15 my ac was back on and in working order, for him to be so responsive on A SUNDAY NIGHT, and get my emergency taken care of, for an extremely reasonable price is a miracle. Thanks Doug and Holm Heating and Cooling for helping me and my family!!

Doug came over and evaluated out system when our very old unit stopped working. He was able to get us a new unit at a great cost. It is more energy efficient and much more powerful than the old unit we had. His installation was perfect and it works amazing. I highly recommend his service!

I can’t thank Doug enough for everything he did for our family. We had the worst luck of both our HVAC units not working the first time we turned the heat on for the year. With two little kids in the house, this was a huge problem. I called Doug around 7:45pm that evening and he was there by 7:45am the next day. We had both issues fixed within two days and his pricing was more than fair. Doug went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I really can’t say enough good things about Doug. He really went to bat for my family last winter when both of my systems went down and we were battling a home warranty company who claims they are here to protect me. With his expertise, he was able to turn a really difficult time for our family in a positive outcome. Throughout the process of having 2 new units placed, we had so many questions that needed answered. Not just from us but the warranty company as well. Doug was very knowledgeable and explained to me the problem with the unit very well. He replaced two parts but the price for his service was still reasonable. Extremely hot day. AC stopped blowing cold air about 4 pm on a Sunday. I was beside myself as I am elderly and have a pet. Took a chance and Googled AC repair near me and found Holm Heating and Cooling Inc. I spoke with Doug who was polite and professional. He agreed to come right away. He diagnosed quickly as a bad capacitor and replaced on the spot. Very fair price. He is very personable, clean and knowledgeable. I will be doing business with him in the future. We recently had our unit go out. One call to Piedmont and I was assured someone would be out shortly. We were pleased with the tech and how polite he was. He diagnosed the issue and we needed a part ordered. He returned once the part came in and had us up and running. We were please with the whole experience! Great prices and great service!

My A/C went out in my home and I called several companies in the area in attempt to get a technician out to fix it. Either they were closed or booked while some didn’t answer the phone. I called Piedmont Metro and explained my situation to the secretary and told her I had a child here with medical issues and it was imperative that someone came out as soon as they could. The owner Robert called me within 20 minutes and told me that I had a bad situation and he would assure we would have A/C that day. His crew showed up and replaced my whole unit. Two weeks later we had another issue with the air, they came back out and fixed the issue to ensure we had air for our little one. Definitely a great company and put their customers first!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!

Casey Services has treated us well, even when an emergency arises. So glad to have Chris come out for our annual inspection each year.
