We have used Carolina Air Services for 12+ years. We've never had a problem with their work. My wife and definitely recommend them.

This team has been out to service our HVAC unit and more. They are amazing Blake, and Tracy are extremely professional and go the extra mile for their clients.

Called and left my infos last Friday... lady told me someone will call back ASAP.. now its Monday afternoon.. no one even calls back...they must be busy as hell or something.. got a recommendation from my neighbor... not recommending to any1...

They were on time, quick to diagnose the problem, and did all that they said they would do and the problem was fixed. Great people working for a great company!

Blake was the tech that came out to our home and he was nothing short of a courteous professional- exactly what you would want from this type of service. He listened carefully to each of our concerns and answered all of our questions. He also went above and beyond to address the issues we had. I couldn’t recommend this company and Blake more.

My mom's A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called and left a message. Blake called me back in about 40 minutes. Within a half hour he was at my mom's house. He determined she needed freon which definitely fixed the problem. He was prompt, very courteous and informative. She probably has a slow leak in the coil, which was rusty and will probably need to be replaced eventually. We were just glad to get her air running again! Our whole family uses Carolina AC. I highly recommend!

We had a mini split installed in a bonus room above our detached garage. I cannot speak well enough for the work that was done. Customer service goes a long way but when the owner of the company is there to oversee everything from start to finish, that (to me) speaks volumes on the dedication they have to customer satisfaction. I love the work, how quickly it was done and how professional and friendly they were. We definitely recommend!

I have been using Carolina Air for years. They put new AC units in a couple of years ago and they are great !!!!! They are very professional and knowledgeable and customer service is excellent and they do a very thorough job. I can recommend them without hesitation and also recommend their customer service contract for spring and summer check ups.

They took care of my existing, ailing unit as if it was a state-of-the-art, updated machine, so when it was finally time to replace my system, who else would I trust?! We have used Carolina Air Services for about a decade. They replaced both our A/Cs with 16 SEER units, upgraded the ductwork, pressure tested our house and the entire job was inspected by a Wake County inspector. Our A/C bills were cut in half and the installation paid for itself in about 2 years! We also use their annual maintenance which has prevent one significant outage when a fan problem was detected and they give a discount on service for any issues. On the last inspection Blake was very professional and I had some questions and he was very helpful. I highly recommend Carolina Air Services.

Blake and Tracy were very responsive! Sent a note on Tuesday about some issues and they were at our house by Wednesday mid-morning. Blake was very thorough and helpful. Explained what he was doing and why and did a complete system check while here. Thanks!

Be aware, fraudulent company! I was invoiced for $200 for maintenance/cleaning which they've never rendered. Blake, the technician, verified and confirmed I was billed incorrectly but stopped returning the calls. For the last 6 months I called, emailed, texted but you can't reach them directly.

Blake has come out for a couple issues. He's been great. He's quick to diagnose, let's me know what's going on, and gives me a fair price to fix. I appreciate it.

In the middle of summer, our AC unit for our upstairs went out. I reached out to Carolina Air Repair and our unit was fixed and running within an hour of when I reached out. Fantastic service! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! You can tell the owners of this business care, and that the owners empower their employees to do impeccable work.

I called Carolina Air Services and they had technicians on-site within an hour. They quickly assessed the problem and worked into the evening to ensure my family had air conditioning. I’m grateful for the level of service and care provided by this company and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Carolina Air Services of Raleigh for anyone who needs fast and reliable services. They showed up within an hour after I contacted them regarding a new unit that was not working properly. After identifying the issue, the owner, Tracy, showed up with another technician to speed up the repair! I have a follow-up installation of remote A/C controllers that needs to be done quickly, and the owner answered my request in minutes. The next day, I have the ability to control my units remotely. I would encourage anyone who needs A/C service to give Carolina Air Services a call, and you will not be disappointed!

One of the few old school HVAC companies that isn't trying to maximize their corporate profits. Other companies provide inflated quotes to replace the entire system. I then had a conversation with Tracey, owner of Carolina Air Services. My older Trane system was one worth repairing. He gave a good price. We scheduled the repair which Blake, a seasoned, experienced technician completed. Very happy with the integrity, honesty and capabilities of the company.

I had used Carolina Air Services for over 15 years. The last time their tech came out to help our old system along this is how things were left: compressor was bypassed on the first floor unit and 240v wires were left uncovered. See pictures.
