Cole did an expertly professional job servicing my AC units today. He answered all my questions and completed the job in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend Cole’s and Casey Services.. services for your HVAC needs!

Technician came and he was friendly, but after looking at the unit refused to do any checking for any leaks. The system has a leak but he was told by a manager to just leave and not even try to diagnose where the leak was. I had him add refrigerant to at least get us past the end of our hot days. The technician did not use a leak detector to look for the leak, and didn't even go upstairs to check the indoor unit. Just be prepared that if they dont want the work, they will attempt to walk away. Won't use them again. Pretty sad that a diagnosis fee doesnt even diagnose the issue.

Had an emergency AC issue just before family coming in out of town, called Casey Services. Cole Hunt came out, he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue and repaired swiftly. For any of my AC problems I would not hesitate to call Cole again. It always good to have competent knowledgeable people to call upon. Thanks Cole

You would think if they place a service sticker on your unit that they would want your business. Not the case, called them twice and spoke with the office. They told me the scheduler would call and get me on the calendar. It has been 6 days and still no call. Things have a way of working themselves out. I found a responsive and professional company that promptly came out and did the repair. I suggest Casey take a lesson from Langley HVAC on professional and prompt customer service. It’s not nice to leave your customers in limbo when they have no AC and it’s 98 degrees. Lost me as a customer.

Love Casey Services! Honest people and they do great work. They don't try to milk you with unnecessary repairs. They answer all of your questions (and I have alot sometimes) but they don't try to sway you, butnthey will gove you good advice. Cole was our tech today and he is a wonderful representative of the company. He arrived well within the service window to performed our semi-annual service. Very nice young man! If you don't have a service contract, you should get one with Casey Services!

Ricky from Casey Services came out to fix our upstairs HVAC unit. He was punctual, professional, and informative with the issue. I cannot recommend them enough! Great company to work with!!

With the heatwave this week, one of our 4 year old AC units went out unexpectedly. I called Casey Services and they were able to make it out the next day. They fixed it on the spot and now we’re up and running again. The technician was on time, had the parts on the van, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again.

Cole did an excellent job serving our units. He showed me my errors in putting in my air filters. He was a very helpful technician.

I have a service contract with Casey. Services. In general, even outside the periodic maintenance, they have been very responsive, honest, reliable, and the services from a specific technician, TJ, have been fantastic.

Hot days, weekend hours - and the AC goes out upstairs on a Saturday at 8pm. By 12pm the next day, Cole Hunt from Casey Services had our AC up and running. Very relieved teenager who wouldn’t have another hot night for sleeping. Cole was incredibly responsive, professional, and even had me record a discussion where he was teaching me how to troubleshoot if this happens again. Would give 10 ⭐️ if it was an option.

TJ came out same day to fix AC drain line issues and even came back when the AC stopped again just a couple hours later. He was very nice, professional and explained things where it made sense. He was very thorough and made sure things were done correctly. Appreciated him so much.

Casey Services installed our units at our new house a few years ago. We’ve had their maintenance plan since then and the techs are prompt, friendly and efficient. Ricky was here today and delivered great service as usual.
UPDATE 7/2/2025: Cole rescued us from the heat today! Air handler was giving an error message and Cole had the AC back on in an hour. Thank you for the polite and quick service.

We've been using Casey Services for years and have always had great service. They get here quickly, advise on the options, and do quality work. Cole came out this week and after inspection advised us that we didn't need work done at all, and didn't charge us a thing. Very honest company looking out for their customers.

Cole from Casey took excellent care of me. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and had me up and running in no time. In fact, rather than charge for a weekend visit, he knew what was wrong and walked me through how to fix it myself. Fifteen minutes later I was cool as a cucumber. Big shout out to Cole and Casey's for taking the high road and doing it with class. They'll be my first call next time for sure.

Called Casey’s yesterday afternoon because my first floor A/C was not cooling and they sent someone out first thing this morning. Cole was amazing and very thorough and fixed the issue and made sure all was running well and cooling before he left. Cole was very polite and explained everything he was doing and then made sure that we knew he was on call tomorrow and all weekend and told me to call him if there was any more problems and he would swing by and take a look. We have been using Casey’s services for over 20 years and love them all!! We highly recommend them if you need A/C and heating services!!!

Used Casey Services for an hvac inspection on a home that was for sale. The prices was fair however the report we recieved was only a few sentances with very little diagnostic or statements about the unit. The lady who answered the phone was nice and helpful but expected more from the technician.
