Mr Waddell is extremely honest, exceptionally professional, and just a downright nice man. He evaluated my issue, developed a cost efficient manner to repair/replace my well water softener & associated issues with the well filter system, and executed the work flawlessly. No hot water from electric heater on a Sunday morning. Called Mr. Waddell and asked him to respond as soon as possible. I have used him in the past and was very satisfied with his service. He called me on Sunday afternoon and suggested a number of things that I should do to prevent an unnecessary house call. He nailed it quickly and said electrical storms recently have affected heater's ground fault system. Lo and behold, reset the switch and (almost) instant hot water after 30 minutes. Mr. Waddel is whiz to getting to the heart of the matter quickly, professionally and saved me lots of money. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Tell your friends. I called on Christmas Eve about a possible frozen pipe. He took the time to tell me what to do and seemed to really care. He helped me resolve the issue by phone. I highly recommend and will call him in the future as needed for plumbing repairs. Thank you so much!

I had a really unusual plumbing issue and everyone kept scratching their heads but Harvey solved it. He went out of his way and was determined to help me and not leave us with the issue. You just don’t find guys like this anymore because nobody wants to go the extra mile but he did. Our hot water went out so I contacted our builder for guidance. He consulted with Mr. Harvey and then referred me. I reached out to Mr. Harvey with my issue and he helped me trouble shoot (signs of bad elements-which need to be replaced.) When I arrived home I started to follow the steps which he directed until he could come out the next afternoon. Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple, I sent a video trying to find the switch, which wasn't in the normal place, my husband was out of town and we were getting ready to leave for vacation. So Mr. and Mrs. Harvey came over after hours to fix it! They both were very professional, super kind, showed my 15 year old son and I what was wrong as well as other tips and had that wonderful old school work ethic and sincere customer service. I kid you not they LOVE what they do! I really loved that he engaged my son and gave him a snippet of career exploration. What was a horrible day with other things gone bad it was nice that they went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and not show an ounce of annoyance but genuine care. I now have a plumber I can call on and trust completely with future issues or needs.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes). Great job, Harvey! Much appreciated.

I highly recommend this professional plumbing service. Our gas hot water heater went out and Harvey replaced it and got us up to code as well. Very neat, quick, thorough and kind. With an A+ BBB rating, Harvey is now our go to for all our plumbing needs.
