The Water Heater Dude recently completed a new HVAC system install in my home. Demetri and Hayden were the consummate pros, quickly diagnosing the issue, discussing different options to address the problem in a way that was easy to understand, and installing the new system quickly and affordably. I was especially grateful for how prompt they were, confirming their estimated arrival time by text before each visit & always sticking to the schedule. I highly recommend The Water Heater Dude and look forward to them checking my system annually. It’s never fun to be faced with a big, costly home repairs, but WHD made a tough situation much easier to bear.

Ray and Dimitry are awesome. Ray responded to my call quickly as I had 2 water heaters in the attic, one leaking. He set me up with a tankless system. They were prompt, professional, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I had ZERO problems with his service. I give him 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended him!!

Ray and Hayden was an absolute lifesaver. We had an emergency situation with a backflow issue related to roots in our pipe that quickly turned into needing a full water heater replacement into different issues and Ray stepped in immediately. He and Hayden was responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable under pressure.

Prompt response from Ray on estimate and additional installation process due to the location of water heater. His crew Hayden and Dimitri were on time, courteous and professional throughout the water heater installation. They even saved a family heirloom that fell into the sink/p-trap. While doing so, discovered a potential plumbing hazard and was able to replace with proper parts.

I had a great experience with the installation of my Rheem PROG50-38N RH60. The installers, Demetri and Hayden, were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

They did a clean and careful installation, and everything was completed smoothly. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and showed me how to safely relight the unit if needed. They made sure I understood how everything works before they left.
