On January 4rd at 5 pm, I found my utility room covered in water. One of my 15 year old water heaters had failed. I did a search and saw the Water Heater Dude. With many 5 star reviews I called the number listed expecting to get voicemail. A live voice answered-it was the owner. He told me he'd be at my house about 8 pm to check on the problem and make sure no gas was leaking into my house as they are gas water heaters. Are you kidding?? Sure enough Ray showed up at my house as promised. He made sure my home was not in danger and told me he'd be back in 2 days to tie off the broken heater so I'd still have hot water. He also said he'd send me an estimate to replace both heaters. 2 days later, he showed up and did the work without asking for a dime. He showed me several options and gave me pricing. I opted to go with 2 new AO SMITH 50 gallon heaters at 40,000 btu's each. It took a week for them to come in and when they did, he and his team came back to do the install. They did a flawless job, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was completely satisfied before asking for payment. I could not be any happier. At a time when there is total chaos and lack of trust, The Water Heater Dude answered the phone himself, came to my home after hours, made sure my home was safe without asking me for a dime and then did a perfect install. I am grateful and very much appreciative for all that Ray has done!

We had to replace our hot water endless tank and these guys were amazing! I highly recommend using them for your next project.

Update:12/2024: We just had Ray and Dimitri install a new HVAC system. Again, they saved us a lot of money. They did a wonderful job and have answered my concerns since the install. I highly recommend them for a new HVAC system or water heater.
10/2023 We saved $$ by being proactive and preventing a water heater emergency. Ray came out and gave us a free estimate. He was honest and said we possibly have a few months left on our current water heater. We decided to be proactive and replace our hot water heater before it broke. It saved us $300.
We noticed our neighbors all experiencing water heater emergencies. Since our homes were all built around the same time , we knew it was a matter of time before we needed one.
This Christmas morning, we will be enjoying hot showers, instead of water all over our garage floor and an emergency bill. ;)

Having your AC unit fail in August is no fun, and these guys saved the day. Always punctual and responsive, they came out and quickly assessed the problem and offered a solution. Demetri was patient in explaining the issue and offering solutions, and Ray was great to deal with when it came time to replace the unit. Fair pricing with no hidden 'gotcha' fees. Ray with The Water Heater Dude did an amazing job fixing a shower drain leak in our home. He was personally recommended to us by a family member after we didn’t have a good experience with another company. Ray was out at our house as quickly as his schedule allowed him to be here, knew almost immediately what the issue was and where it was coming from and fixed it so seamlessly. Ray and his team are awesome. Been using him for AC maintenance for years. Finally pulled the trigger to get tankless water heater. The installation by Ray and his team was immaculate.
