Emergency Sunday plumbing issue. Alex came out within an hour and had it fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be more happy with the service. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend

We called Alexander late on Monday evening and he showed up within 1/2 hour. He was personable and professional. He got the job done and it was done right at a great price considering it was after hours. We will definitely recommend him and use him again.

Alex came out and replaced the exterior faucet and the water line with no problem. He was very professional and the cost to repair was less at least $200.00 less than other plumbing companies that came out. I will use this company for any future plumbing issues and will recommend Power Plumbing, LLC to friends and family!!

We had Alex replace an old and broken irrigation backflow preventer with a new unit that was up to county code. Alex was prompt, professional, and did an an excellent job replacing this device. Alex also helped troubleshoot some potential low pressure issues around the house and gave us some recommendations before jumping into costly solutions. I'm glad to have come across an honest plumbing contractor in Alex.

The plumbing in my wall started making a huge rattling sound every time the toilet was flushed. I had Alex from Power Plumbing come out and take a look. He was punctual and professional, and he solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I’d definitely hire him again, and recommend him highly.

Alex installed a laundry room sink for us. Alex worked carefully with us to ensure we had all the right sizes of parts before we placed the order (we almost certainly would have ordered wrong size pieces for the faucet if he hasn't carefully double checked our selections). Despite being an old house that seems to frequently "surprise" contractors mid-project, his up front cost estimate and explanation of the steps required was exactly what it ended up being (which puts him in a highly exclusive winners circle of contractors)! He was clean, communicative, and very attentive to details ensure the final product was exactly what we wanted. If you want a difficult plumbing job done right, this is your guy!

Highly recommend! We originally found Power Plumbing on a home app, Thumbtack several years ago. Alex has helped us at our last 3 houses. Whether we are moving out and have home repairs for the buyers' punch list, or we are moving in and need repairs of our own, Alex is ALWAYS on time and responsive. He's really become a reliable tradesman for us.

Alex was very kind and knew what was going on almost immediately (he actually knew immediately but I accidentally gave him misleading information so that led him down another track). He was able to accommodate a Saturday service appointment without charging typical Saturday service appointment prices. I highly recommend and will absolutely use Power Plumbing again!!!

I don't typically write reviews unless I have a complaint but Alex's work is just that great I felt compelled to write a stellar review. I had a major clog in my bathtub and had tried multiple tricks to no avail. I finally gave in and found Alex through Thumbtack. He was the first of 6 businesses to respond and had availability that Saturday. All the other companies were not available until Monday and I had standing water in the tub. I called to schedule and he came out within a few hours. Before he started any work, he let me know exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was very professional and helpful. He got the clog out quickly and the tub is draining better than it ever had before. He also cleaned up when he was done which not all plumbers do. I also felt comfortable with him being in my house. I would highly recommend Alex for any plumbing issues. I know he will be the one I call if I ever need plumbing work again! In fact, I plan to upgrade some fixtures and fully intend to give him a call.

First let me say that I have been a residential contractor for 35+ years, so I have been on both sides of the aisle, as homeowner and contractor. We called Alex, from Power Plumbing, to come out to fix a clogged sewer line. Alex was 30 minutes late for the appointment, but apologized immediately. No big deal! He was professional, neat and clean (wearing booties, drop cloths, cleaning floor before he left, etc). We explained that we had a clogged master bath toilet, shower and vanity, as well as a second bath toilet that was clogged. After assessing the situation, he gave us a verbal quote to fix the problem. Alex did indeed fix the plugged sewer line so the toilets and vanities worked fine, but the shower drain remained clogged. He then proceeded to clean and clear that drain as well. When it came time to pay the invoice, we were informed that there would be an additional $75 charge to clear the shower drain. We weren't advised of this up front, but only after the fact. We didn't think that was fair since we thought it was included in the original quote to fix the problem as we had laid it out to him and the time spent to clear the shower drain was about 15 minutes. We ended up splitting the $75 and we paid half. Our experience with Alex was a good one except for the surprise additional charge. So when getting a quote, verbal or otherwise, ask questions and get specific as to what is and isn't included.

Alex was able to get out quickly to our property to look at our leaking water main. He was very professional and worked hard to try and find the source. Unfortunately he was not able to, and we agreed replacement to be the best solution. We ended up using another company for that work, mainly due to turn around time. Alex is very honest and his pricing is reasonable. Would recommend.

What a great experience! Alex was responsive and professional and a real pleasure to work with. Our shower handle had abruptly stopped working (in the "on" position), and we'd had to completely shut off our water to turn off the shower. Alex understood the urgency of the situation, and truly went above and beyond to quickly fix the problem. I highly recommend him!

We had an excellent experience with Alex! We thought had an issue with our tankless hot water heater installed by others but turned about to be an old, faulty mixer valve in one of the showers. Alex narrowed down the possibilities through process of elimination and solved a hard-to-find issue that ultimately returned consistent hot water to our home! Alex is the consummate professional. He will be there when he says he will be there. He responds as quickly as he can even in the weekends. Very respectful and his estimates are always exactly what he invoices. The most important thing is that he does not shy away from the most difficult jobs because he is experienced and talented. I have called on him several jobs for me and my family and the experience was always consistent.
