Our water heater leak was not an emergency but Fatman Plumbing came out the same day I called. Chris diagnosed the situation and explained what was going wrong. Job was finished quickly and everything left neat and clean.

I had an issue with a leaking toilet due to a bad seal. Turns out the builder had installed the wrong type of seal and didn’t attach the flange correctly, which caused water to leak at the base. I called FATman Plumbing Pro, and I’m so glad I did.

Chris and his son Nick came out and did a fantastic job. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They documented the entire process with photos—both the original problem and the work they did to fix it—which made me feel confident in their work.

Chris with Fatman Plumbing was great to work with! On a routine check on a leak in our kitchen, Chris identified other urgent issues that needed to be fixed that could have potential been disastrous. He made time in his schedule for us because he knew JT was urgent. He did great work and now our family feels safer and our home is better for it. Recommend!

I cannot begin to say what a wonderful experience my wife and I had in using Chris and his team at FATman Plumbing Pro. We had arranged to use them for replacement of our water heater, toilet and faucet replacement, and water softener installation, then without any previous indicators we experienced a SEVERE sewer line backup resulting in water damage to our floors.

I will never call another plumber again! Chris was fantastic and the company was super prompt and professional in their communication. They kept me informed via text updates on scheduling changes so I could easily plan accordingly. Extremely professional and a philosophy I could trust.

It all started with a brand new wash machine that wasn't filling and when the appliance repair man came, he said there was no hot water coming from my house into the machine. I had already had a laundry list of other annoyances and smaller items I wasn't comfortable with between inconsistent water pressure in all my toilets, a tub drain from 15 years ago that wouldn't come out to replace the hardware during a bathroom remodel by another contractor, loose fixtures, a broken kitchen faucet and a leaking dishwasher/disposal that I had been living with.

I ended up needing a new hot water heater given the signs of corrosion, missing pieces, and flame marks and he was out the next day to address this and the pressure gauge. In addition, we spent over an hour trouble-shooting a mis-marked water manifold that had never been labeled properly by the builder.

Over the course of week, he worked me into his already full schedule since some of my items were more cosmetic. But he was reliable, trustworthy and I have full confidence in the quality of his work. Thanks again Chris & team!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a plumber. Chris and his son Nick coordinated our schedules to schedule me within 24 hours of my call, and even offered to push the service up to be on the same day. These guys were personable, qualified, and they clearly explained everything that was going on every step along the way.

I called at 9am and the problem was completely fixed - for a very fair price - by 6:30pm the same day.

I would send my mother to these guys without hesitation if she ever needed plumbing help.

Although water heater was not replaced, worn or broken parts were still under warranty and replaced at no cost. Chris advised me a circulating pump would solve my hot water issues throughout up and down, also helping to lower gas and water bills. Now hot water working great throughout the house. I also had a new shower faucet installed. Both Chris and Nick were extremely kind and went out of their way to fix all my water problems. They took their time and did a great job. Prices very reasonable and they guarantee their work. Will have them continue to take care of all my plumbing needs.

Chris and Nick were amazing. They replaced an old toilet, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They arrived right on time, took great care to keep the bathroom clean, and had the new unit installed and tested in no time. It’s rare to find trade professionals who are this punctual and tidy. Chris and Nick did an outstanding job of replacing all of plastic valves with high quality stainless valves. They also scoped our main drains and educated us on how to properly maintain them.

This is the 2nd time I have used the services of FATman & both times have been exceptional!! I was able to get same-day service, which was greatly appreciated, and Chris was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional, quickly resolved our issue, and then continued to give pointers and tips on how to maintain things going forward. He also checked the sinks, hot water heater and garbage disposal while he was here - and I only called about a shower drain! This kind of above & beyond service will keep me returning as a customer for all of my plumbing needs!!
