Do NOT recommend this builder. Save you some time and find another builder or else you’ll have problem after problem.

This builder hires incompetent subcontractors then stands behind their workmanship, which is subpar. The builder is an arrogant condescending man with such disdain for the people that buy the homes he had built. He only cares that he gets his money for these poorly constructed homes.

Poor quality and will not respond. Do yourself a favor, find a different builder. New home cabinets falling off wall and all. They won't even return phone calls. Didn't show up for wall through. Didn't complete work from walk through.

They use cheap materials. Within the first year I’ve had to replace most of the lightbulbs they used because they went out . My bathroom fan stopped working , a brand new home , how does that happen? Keep the warranty after a year because their will be more problems that arise.

(Would be no stars but had to have at least one to post) Do not, I repeat, DO NOT have any dealings with this company. They do not repair anything on the rentals and the houses are trash. The office workers have no personal skills whatsoever, and Mandy and whoever the other incompetent woman is in the office is not anywhere near customer oriented and will talk to you as if you are nothing. A friend of mine stayed there, and her and her husband take care of a 32-year-old male with autism and IDD and also Schizophrenia as well as other health issues such as COPD, anxiety, high blood pressure, and their patient also spends the nights with them at times and their patient stays with them most of the time during the day to make sure he is taken care of as his wife is the patients caregiver.

They have spoken of several instances in which not exactly the landlord, but the ladies in the office have stopped by and have told them that everything in the house is in good shape. They have an a/c central air unit that is 20 years old, has never been replaced, and they say that now, during the hottest part of the afternoon, the thermostat is set at 70 degrees, and it gets no lower than 77 in the house. They have called their own A/C repair guys out, told the husband that the unit needs to be replaced, yet the ladies in the office have said that their tech guy that stopped by said everything is working well, and cooling the way it should, even though the tech didn't say that. They had to eventually take their patient to the hospital for his high blood pressure and for excessive heat because they refuse to swap out the A/C unit, in which they are legally bound to do.

Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a construction company. My husband and I bought a new construction in 2021 and already need $2,500 worth of work done to our AC unit. We were advised by the HVAC company who came to inspect it that to be having these issues with a 3 year old unit is practically unheard of; these are problems they see in 15-20 year old units. I am convinced that we were given a used unit. I reached out to Carroll Construction and spoke with Rachel who was quick to advise me that there is nothing they can do. The amount of problems that my neighbors and I have had with these new constructions are unbelievable. The amount of money that we’ve all put into fixing things that shouldn’t need to be fixed is unbelievable. It is clear that they take every single shortcut possible when building these homes and are completely incompetent in every way. The materials used, the quality of workmanship, it is all a complete joke. If you are planning to buy a new construction to live in for two months, then this company may be a great option for you. But that is about how long it is going to take for everything to go downhill, I can promise you that. We will certainly be seeking legal advise.

The worst construction ever. You will have nails coming out. water leakage in the house. They use the cheapest materials. The flooring comes apart. the doors have huge gaps not sealed properly. I had to replace the AC unit as well. About 2 years old.
