Do NOT recommend this builder. Save you some time and find another builder or else you’ll have problem after problem.
As general contractor David Carroll failed to properly supervise his subs some work had to be done twice some work was done incorrectly and house still has missing work to be completed and he is non responsive
This builder hires incompetent subcontractors then stands behind their workmanship, which is subpar. The builder is an arrogant condescending man with such disdain for the people that buy the homes he had built. He only cares that he gets his money for these poorly constructed homes.
Poor quality and will not respond. Do yourself a favor, find a different builder. New home cabinets falling off wall and all. They won't even return phone calls. Didn't show up for wall through. Didn't complete work from walk through.
