We were having some issues with our ice maker again and Chance came to the rescue. We bought our fridge/freezer in 1993, so I guess it is entitled to have issues now and again. Every time he comes, Chance mentions that new part are not made the way they used to be and neither are appliances. The warranty for the ice maker part was 9 days past the one-year warranty. It’s like a timer was set for the part to crash. The bill was not as much as expected. Chance took care of us that way as well!

Chance and everyone else with Convenient Appliance that have helped us over the years is/are amazing and always get the job done. Our ice maker needed a new motor and now we’re good to go with our mature refrigerator/freezer. Convenient Appliance is the best!

Brad was very thorough and helpful. I appreciate his honesty about whether to repair or replace my dishwasher. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs. We also used them for a dryer issue a few years ago.

Super friendly, kept me updated about the part I needed for my washing machine. The service tech ( McCallum) was super nice, respectful, explained the process, had the part switched out in about 10 minutes.

We call on Convenient Appliance for all our repair needs. They are friendly, efficient. During the holidays they did everything they could to get my washer up and running and kept me in the loop as far as when parts were coming. We have called on them for years!

Contracted this company out from GE warranty repair. The tech has told me I’m wasting his time and losing him money yet my dishwasher is still broke and he has seen video proof of it not working. If the GE tool can’t tell you how to fix it they certainly don’t know how to fix it so if you can choose this company I wouldn’t waste your time. Unfortunately I’m limited options on who I can choose with a less then 1 year old dishwasher.

That being said Parker stated his manager said there was nothing else they could do for me and to contact GE. So I spoke to GE who stated that they told this company if it passed the test they suggested they replace 3 items. Instead I get a text today stating they would not be fixing this items and closed my ticket.

We had Logan back to our home today to replace the drum on our Whirlpool dryer. He was professional, and swapped out the bad drum for the new one in just a few minutes. This was a warranty repair. It's always a pleasure having Convenient Appliance and Logan working to care for our appliances.

We had a very good experience with our technician. First, he was friendly. Second, we liked how he explained what he was doing as he worked. And, most importantly, we liked that he explained things we should be concerned about and things we don't have to be worried about.

Again, we were very happy with Zach the repair technician.
He is very well spoken, knowledgeable, competent and
quick. Our hats are off to Zach......

Jared was great! Turns out our old machine finally pooped out and needed replacement. Jared recommended a good replacement that wouldn't break the bank, based on our needs and also a few suppliers to try to get the best bang for our buck. Awesome customer service.

Convenient Appliance Service is a good company to do business with. They are reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their techs have years of experience and know what they’re doing. They called before arriving and were very efficient. They repaired my washer with no trouble. I would highly recommend. This was a warranty issue.

I have used Convenient Appliance Repair several times over the past few years for both for my range and my washer. Gabriel communicates well, gives options, is polite and respectful. Gabriel seems very knowledgeable about a variety of brands and appliances. I highly recommend them.

The service technicians were great. The service was prompt. They came to my phone only one day after my initial phone call to them. They called prior to visiting and they were right on time. They resolved the problem quickly and were very detailed with the explanation.

Maytag sent Convenient Appliance out to fix my dryer. They were able to come the very next day. Zach was great and fixed any and all issues in no time. I also had my Maytag washer fixed by Chance and he was able to provide a partial fix while we waited for the part for the full fix.

The service tech, Jared, came out and diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher within 5 minutes, and then came back and fixed the problem as soon as the replacement part arrived and the dishwasher is now working flawlessly. He showed up when he said he would and did the job well and did it efficiently. We would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair.
