Excellent job. Easy to schedule, knowledgeable and skilled repairman. I would highly recommend them. The clothes dryer was still under warranty, so I paid nothing.

Great group! Robert is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. The woman who runs the schedule takes great care answering questions and making sure that I am able to get my work done as soon as possible. I highly recommend them!

The repairman came on time, friendly, and did his work quickly and thoroughly. He tested his work to be sure it was right, and it was. I was able to use the appliance immediately after he left. It was a good experience.

This company sent a very competent repair person to fix our under warranty dishwasher which had been out of service for about 5 weeks. Other company sent by warranty company failed to rectify draining problem. Convenient Appliance Service correctly diagnosed issue, ordered needed parts and installed and verified issue was repaired. Kudos to them and thanks.

Prompt, professional service for our Whirlpool washer. The problem was a faulty control board (known issue for many models). Whirlpool set up the contact. CAS ordered the part on Wed and was able to install it on Sat. All fees were paid by Whirlpool. Will recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs!

Convenient Appliance Service, Inc. is a FANTASTIC COMPANY! Parker was the individual that came out and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They called set up the appointment, Parker called and told me what time his arrival would be and he did exactly as he said. GREAT COMPANY! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM! THAT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND THESE DAYS! THANJS AGAIN!

This was my 3rd times using CAS. This time was not warranty work. The price was more than fare and stayed the same even after it took longer to refurbish than expected. They’re easy to work with on scheduling and if it’s a refrigerator Gabe moves extremely fast in getting to you. I highly recommend their services.

I am very happy with Convenient Appliance. They came out very quick! I have used them several times in the past but this week is the most recent. The tech that came out, Ryan was very nice and helpful. He is an asset to the store. I would definitely recommend Convenient Appliance and also recommend Ryan to friends and family.

What a great company. They were so prompt, then I needed a part ordered which was also done in and installed in a timely manner. Jarrod was my service person and he was great. Took time to talk with me about products and did not rush at all.

Brad and Austin arrived within a few hours of calling the business. They took the time to explain the repair after they were done. Thankfully it was just a faulty part that needed cleaning. Dishwasher works great now. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Gabriel arrived at my home and, with utmost respect and professionalism, repaired my washing machine. I was thoroughly impressed by his expertise and knowledge. He not only identified the problem but also took the initiative to clean up the mess I had inadvertently created while attempting to fix it myself. If I could give him ten stars I would.

The ice maker in my refrigerator stopped working. Gabriel B., the service technician, tested the old ice maker and found that the motor was no longer working. He ordered a new ice maker and came back in a few days to install it. The office representative, Selena, kept in touch all through the process and Gabriel was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I rate them both as excellent and I would recommend Convenient Appliance Service for all your appliance repairs.

My brand new Whirlpool Dryer's drum was bent and instead of Whirlpool replacing the dryer after only owning it for 48 hours, they assigned Robert from Convenient Appliance Service to my case. I am not 100% happy with Whirlpool but am 100% satisfied with Robert. He was respectful and quick in replacing the drum.

My older dryer was making a very alarming noise, and I thought it was going to have to be replaced. I called CAS without much expectation that they would be able to repair it, but I was wrong. The service representative (Matt) could not have been nicer or more professional, and the dryer is back in business for about 1/5 of what I would have had to pay to replace the dryer. The office staff were also great to deal with. I could not be more satisfied.
