Colby and his team have been incredible throughout this experience. From the beginning, Colby was a very hands-on contractor that handled my roof repair. He gave me the assurance that he would be taking care of my roof and coverage that was needed to insure his work. I also learned a lot from the process and what to expect due to the honesty of Colby. Everything was timely when it was go time. His team came out/ replaced my entire roof even during the slight/heavy rain and everything was completed and cleaned within a day. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, and Colby took it a step further with having everything inspected when completed. I would recommend this company to handle repairs anytime because I know it will be done and if something is damage, Colby made sure that it was fixed or replaced so my family will feel safe. Colby Repairs was well represented, extremely fair pricing and a great company overall! Great Job and Great Business with taking care of your customers!

We recently used Colby Morton roofing for our home and we were impressed throughout the entire process. We had a leak in our roof and knew that we may need more than a repair. We had an estimate immediately a day an estimate the next day. We now have a beautiful roof at a great price! I would always use and recommend them in the future!

We love Colby Morton Roofing! Absolutely wonderful service and very reasonable costs. This company is both professional and courteous. Colby did work for us a few years ago when we were preparing our previous home for sale. We were impressed with his hard work and enthusiasm. He actually looked for ways to help us save money! I called Colby's Roofing and Gutters to come out and look at my Roof to make sure everything was in good repair. My insurance company had done an aerial shot to look at my roof and wanted it checked. They set me up promptly with an appointment. Ed came out took pictures of the roof and found two raised nails. He repaired them and gave me a letter to turn into my insurance company. Very polite, efficient went above and beyond. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I hired this company to handle a few small tasks and I had to call them back out re-do almost everything they did so it was done correctly. They replaced a vent pipe boot on the roof to stop a leak and I was told they guarantee their work for 3 years. After less than a year the same leak came back. I reached out to the owner and I was told he could not guarantee his work because it had been too long. They are unprofessional, don't show up in time, and have no quality control on any of their work.

Consistently did not show up when scheduled and never gave notice they wouldn’t be coming. I had to call every time to figure out where they were. They also regularly showed up unannounced, typically while we weren’t home and would walk around our property. The siding work was good, but the trim they put up had to be painted. I probably would have been better off painting it myself as entire sections of trim were missed, the siding was painted on, and I can see every brush mark. We will not be hiring them back to complete our siding project. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible! Do not recommend! Did not complete the job. Cleaning gutters, only did the front, ripped out gutter guards, didn’t replace, tried to quote new guards but never followed up and didn’t finish the cleaning job in the back. $600 for basically nothing done! Terrible!!! Do not recommend!

Colby Morton roofing and gutters is a great company to work with. I had them come out shortly after a hail storm passed through our town. Colby inspected my roof and found multiple spots of hail damage. I contracted with Colby to replace the roof and gutters on my home. The process was made even easier due to the professionalism of Colby. Colby had his workers come out and roof my house and outbuilding and changed the gutters on my home. The whole process only took a couple of days. They did an excellent job on my roof and I have had many compliments on the quality and looks of my roof. I have recommended Colby's to several friends and I would definitely use Colby again if the need ever arises. Colby was very responsive to any questions that I had.

I called Colby on a Tuesday night before a snow storm in regards to a second story shutter about to fall off our house. His guys were out here the next morning to fix the issue and they realized there were other shutters that needed tightening too! A+ service as always. I've been using Colby for almost 10 years now and I've never been disappointed. Thank you Colby and team!

I still have things that need fixed and touched up but they have yet to do it. I hired them for siding, gutters, doors and shutters. It’s just mediocre work at best and they take forever. Very disappointed but lesson learned. They work a couple days a week tops, three at best and they start late and stop early. What should have taken a week to do took 3 months. Installation alone 2 months and again touch ups need done to say they completed the job. I would not recommend them presently. Their customer service could use a lot of work as well. You would think when someone pays you $21,400.00 you would actually care about quality of service as whole, right?

Outstanding job on our new deck. Could not have ask for anything better than the best. We highly recommend these guys.

I sent them photos of the deck since the weather was too bad to come out. They gave me a quote online from the pics. The workers showed up on time the next morning and completed the job. They did a great job at a fair price.

They are very responsive, impressive work and best price. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job building a pool deck for us. It looks great and we are so happy to have this extra space and access to the pool.

I contracted Winston Salem Deck Builders to install a Composit deck around our newly purchased above ground swimming pool.
Despite having to reschedule the build several time because of delays in delivering the pool. Mark was patient and professional enough to keep a crew ready as soon as the pool was delivered...and as promised had his crew begin work that following Monday, by the weekend we relaxing on our brand new deck.
The WSD crew were efficient and professional and made every effort to fill any special request we made during construction. Upon completion the crew was sure to cleanup any debris left laying in the yard.
I can't say enough about WSD Builders. I'd recommend WSD
Builders to any of my friends or family.
And the price was very consumer friendly.

An excellent experience from beginning to end. Mark was always available to communicate with and his work crew was very professional and completed building our deck in just 3 days. Highly recommended and we plan on using Mark’s company again for other home projects.

We recently had our deck refurbished by Winston Salem the builders.
They did a fantastic job removing the defective old decking and replacing it with new boards and rebuilding the steps to ensure a sturdy, very aesthetic looking deck.
They also repaired the metal railings that were loose and got them as tight as brand new railings.
The men were courteous personable and very professional.
I would highly recommend them for any decking needs.

Competitive pricing! Other quotes didn't come close. Mark is great with explaining the building process and making sure the details are right. He addressed every concern we had with great patience.
