Justin was very professional throughout the process. He was never pushy. He did a thorough drone inspection of the roof and guided us on working with our insurance company to make a claim for storm damage. Maciej came to our house and met with the insurance adjuster during the inspection. He explained a lot about roofing to us, and he was helpful in talking with the adjuster. Both Justin and Maciej were very professional and helpful throughout. I would recommend working with them!

We are very pleased with the work that Storm Guard did on our roof this month. They helped us in every way. First with assessing our hail damage and the insurance adjustment. Jeff Trinh and his staff repaired excessive storm damage to my home after a gigantic tree fell on my roof. He coordinated with several sub-contractors to replace the damaged wood, gutters, roofing, and removal of the tree from my roof with a large crane. He also assisted me with my insurance company claim to insure that everything was covered properly. Jeff and every one I dealt with in his company was very professional and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with the repair to my home and would highly recommend Jeff and his company to anyone.

When it came to any issue with roofing, I didn't have much knowledge. I didn't even realize that my roof had hail damage until someone pointed that out to me. So I called Storm Guard because 2 of my coworkers used them in the past and they were happy with their service. Owner came out to assess the damage and explained the scale of it and all of the procedures to me. Another representative and my insurance adjuster met in a couple of days and agreed to the amount of damage. Everything went pretty smooth. Technicians seemed very well experienced and knew what they were doing. Most of my roof was done in less than a day. Only thing I would recommend is that they keep better communication between the office and the technicians. One particular request that I made to the office with my roof took for a few weeks to get corrected due to their miscommunication. But other than that, I am satisfied with their service. My roof does look good and I haven't experienced any issue since the installation of it.

The install crew came and was in and out so quickly. Jeff was awesome! I had roof damage due to a storm. The insurance company was not being honest. I contacted the DOI and Jeff assisted with over 50 pictures of my roof. With Jeff assistance, I was able to have my roof REPLACED on a home that was built in 2015. Jeff is an honest individual and will provide a true inspection of your asset/roof. This business is hands down the most professional and best roofing company in the triad. Jake came and gave us an estimate and honesty he is the reason why we went with the job. He is a great salesman and really know what he is talking about. I had over 10 estimates done and not only did they have some of the best prices but they were on time, got to me the next day and you can definitely tell they knew what they were doing! They finished my roof today and not only was it good quality work, but they did extra for me free of charge. I’m getting another estimate from them to do some Sheetrock work inside my house and to redo my aging vinyl siding on my house.
