Jeff, the General Manager, was in our Greensboro neighborhood yesterday offering estimates for roofing. I was hesitant in the beginning because I thought this was going to turn into a "thing" of exhaustive back and forth, you need this and that, etc; however, the experience was not even close to what I had imagined. Jeff was to the point with detailing the history of the company, services they provided, and he had no hard sales pitch. My husband contacted Jeff to say that we were interested in getting an estimate, and he arrived shortly after completing another estimate nearby. While checking the roof and gutters, Jeff offered to blow the leaves off the roof, and he cleaned up the debris afterwards.....he wouldn't accept any monetary offering. It turns out our roof is in good shape, and we are awaiting an estimate for gutter repair. Jeff was very pleasant to interact with, and we are anticipating an amicable business relationship with him and StormGuard Roofing and Construction, Kernersville, NC.

Storm Guard really are THE people to rely on. They were willing to stand up to ensure we could get our roof covered by insurance but luckily didn't need to. With the price range I selected below, we payed maybe a fifth of it. Everyone we interacted with was calm and professional, but didnt baby us when explaining what all needed to be done. Knowledgeable, expertly so, but with good bedside manner. Then when it was all square, and they were allowed to get to work, they knocked out the full roof replacement in a day. It was craaaazy how fast they knocked it out. Our new roof looks beautiful and we are no longer exposed to the elements after this year's heavy wintery storms. Cannot recommend them more.

Very profession crew. The men who came to my house and the people I talked to on the phone. Bryan Martin the roofer & his supervisor Jeff. Trinh were ALWAYS quick on returning phone calls or texts. Kept me informed all throughout the process. I had trouble with doing DocuSign & other online procedures and Bryan Martin came to my home to help me with that. When they say they are there to fight the Insurance company they meant it. Plus the quality of the work and pricing was more than fair. Very happy all around and can HIGHLY recommend Storm Guard.

We used Storm Guard Roofing to replace our roof and repair leak damage. They worked well with our insurance, gave us a detailed and timely estimate, communicated well before, during, and after the job, and updated us daily on progress and next steps. The crew and crew leader were respectful and hard- working. Our roof is steep and angled, but they handled everything like pros. They stood by every facet of the job. Brian answered every question professionally and with a smile, and the billing staff notified us at each step. We highly recommend Brian and Storm Guard for a positive roof replacement experience.

We have a flat section of roof that needed replacing. Brian and Storm Guard sold a very good product. The work was scheduled during the time of the sleet storm and the following snow storm. They were able to get this work started and completed during the recovery of these storms. Brian Martin is a great salesman and representative of Storm Guard. From our first contact seeking help through completion of the job Brian stayed in contact with us. He also made several inspections before and throughout work. He sent us pictures of the progress upon making these inspections. We are very happy with the job done by the crew. I am certain that for our lifetime of this section we will not have any leaks. After obtaining quotes from three local and reputable roofing companies, my husband and I chose Burris Roofing Company to install a new roof on our home and backyard shed in Buena Vista. We are extremely pleased with our decision to entrust Mr. Burris and his crew lead, Alex, with this job. From start to finish they exceeded our expectations in every area of the roofing project! After contacting Mr. Burris, he promptly came to our home to measure and to give us a very competitive quote. Not only did he give us suggestions about the roof color and provide us with samples to use for several days, he also provided us with addresses of homes where he had done roofs. This was very helpful for us and demonstrated his attention to details and his desire to make sure that we selected the best roof for us, both structurally and aesthetically. The crew was courteous and friendly, showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up as they went along, and were very careful. Alex, the crew lead, was such a pleasure to work with and answered any questions that we had along the way. Although our roof is rather large and steep, our job was completed in 2 and one half days! Upon completion of the roof installation, the crew did a very thorough clean up. Then, Mr. Burris and Alex did a final inspection, did a "follow up sweep" to make sure they got all of the debris and nails, and left us a bundle of shingles. We are so grateful and impressed with Mr. Burris and Alex for their knowledge, level of experience, integrity, professionalism, and dependability. My husband and I are completely satisfied with our new roof. If we could give them even more than a five star review, we would because they earned it! We confidently and gladly give Burris Roofing Company our highest possible recommendation!

Honest, professional, no nonsense. What else do you want from a contractor. We are very pleased with our roof.

Food is excellent, a little pricey but well worth it. Great atmosphere, plenty of room inside and out. Can actually watch the big hickory wood smokers cooking the bbq. Only reason did not get 5 was there was a band and lots of outside activities so service was a little slow. But definitely recommend. We will be going back.

I’ve used Burris roofing for two of my homes. Always dependable always addresses my questions timeframes and more. Left job spotless. Never had a punctured tore on my lawnmower even. Would gladly use again.

They came out today to fix a couple rubber pieces and nail pops that another company quoted me almost $1000 to do. Burris had it done in under and hour, showed me pictures of the work, and charged me 1/4 of what the other company quoted. They also removed the leaves for me without me even asking. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Burris Roofing has always done all of Joe’s Landscaping roofing needs and private homes. He does a great job, highly dependable and reliable.

Mr Burris did a thorough examination of my roof. He confirmed that the house was hit by hail by examining water spouts, windows, garage door for hail hits. Then climbed his ladder, touched the roof and concluded that the hail storm had not adversely affected the roof. He also concluded that four loose shingles had to be renailed. I was very fortunate that my neighbor recommended Mr Burris . Talk about having peace of mind now!
