My loader, Harold, arrived on time, was very friendly, communicated well about arrival and parking, and got all of my junk loaded and hauled away quickly. A good experience overall.

The gentleman and the young man with him were professional, respectful, polite and careful while taking items out. They were efficient and communication was excellent the day of pickup. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 5 Stars

Second time load has helped us in a lot minute need! So easy to book their service. William and his partner not only helped us assemble our adjustable bed, but also went above and beyond to figure out a problem with our remote. They contacted warranty services in their attempt to fix the problem and when manufacturer confirmed it was our remote, William even went as far as to research helping us find a replacement online. This is the second service call we’ve had with load up, and both have provided excellent and professional service!

The price they quoted was the price I paid! The gentleman came. They were super friendly and they were really quick. They were here for less than five minutes! I would highly recommend this company.✨

I chose this company because their customer service representative was so good. She really stood out when I was placing the order. On the day of service, I found them to be extremely helpful. Lots of communication around their arrival, time and completion of the project.

They were friendly they were on time. I will definitely use them again and they were very reasonably priced. I had priced other people and they were double wet. I was charged here. I would highly recommend this company.

It was easy to book it online. Accurate pricing, easy to put in the description of items and pictures. The only challenge I had was getting the ETA cuz the window is so wide (8am-8pm) and it's hard to plan one's day not knowing the ETA. A driver was assigned early in the morning with a number you can contact. I panicked a little when no-one got back to me for like 3 hours (the only reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5) - but the customer service was responsive, and the driver eventually gave me an ETA. They actually ended up coming early and they contacted me when they arrived. Came in to my unit to haul away the items. Nice people and it was hassle-free from then on. No extra charges, no headaches. The pricing was reasonable and competitive compared to other junk removal services and LoadUp gives you the option of whether you want your items donated if feasible. I really liked that option and I hope my desk and bookcase will get donated for a good cause. Would recomend LoadUp and I personally would use the service again.

Not real thrilled with the service. The gentleman came in a cargo van to remove living room, furniture, and bedroom furniture, which they cannot fit all the items in. I just seen the picture below the bedframe they decided to throw into somebody else’s junk pile small damage to the wall as you can see in the pictures

Great communication. The guys scheduled a pick up and I asked if they could arrive earlier than scheduled and they accommodated my request. Great job! I would definitely hire LoadUp again and highly recommend the company.

We booked 2 orders 8 to 12 and 12 to 4 to unload a big moving truck. Booking was very easy. The lam oader team came around 9 and was done at 12. They worked hard. Great. Since they were done i needed to cancel the afternoon booking. No where on the site it said refund is 50% only. It was a bit surprising. Had I known I would have kept it and have loader move the stuff inside the house from the garage. However I would hire them again. Just make sure you have all detail.

A very nice couple came and took out 4 items for us, all very heavy. They did it in under an hour including disassembling a beast of a treadmill. I would recommend using LoadUp. The price was great and the service excellent. Thank you to Misa and Rosa!

James and his wife came to haul away all of my yard waste. He was very respectful, punctual, and worked non-stop to knock it out quickly. They were very thorough with getting as much material out as possible, it was a large amount of yard waste as well. I'm very happy with how easy it was to schedule the appointment, the price is very fair, and the cleanup was amazing. Definitely hiring them again next year.

I inquired on Wednesday and was scheduled for pickup on Thursday between 11-12. I received notification they were on the way at 10:35. My item was picked up and delivered to a new address safely.

I have used LoadUp about 3 times at this point (over several years) and am never disappointed. They are always polite and arrive at the time they text. I am not sure how they compare in price to other services. It does feel a bit expensive when only needing one item removed but it’s not something I have needed often and wouldn’t be able to do it by myself. I do like the option to donate (hopefully that actually happens and they don’t resell it) as most companies if you donate to them directly, you have to put it curbside yourself. Something that’s not possible alone or in an apartment. Happy to use LoadUp again in the future

From the office staff actually calling me with a question i had submitted by email, to the updates I received the am of the scheduled pickup, to the FANTASTIC Job the pick up crew did! This was amazing and easy, and that is just what I needed!

LoadUp has an excellent website/customer interface. The team of two showed up in the time slot (Noon-4) scheduled and were very polite, professional and conscientious. The team lead, Nana, was easy to talk with about removing the queen size mattress for recycling and they completed the job within minutes with no issues even though the mattress was very heavy and very thick. Kudos to Nana and his teammate!
