Load Up was very helpful getting my couch removed, Davon was very kind and helpful.

The company itself has great policies and customer service and prices, but the specific loader they assigned to me is the reason for the low review. They promise you by default two loaders, which I confirmed with them on the phone, and my loader lied saying he had a guy coming but they never showed up so it was just him. He also did not utilize a dolly or any other tools. This meant he had to handle my furniture roughly to pack it into the container I got by rolling them directly on the ground through narrow doorways and over rough surfaces and even broke through the wrapping I applied to my couch, though he did offer to re-wrap it. He worked very quickly and efficiently, but I personally prefer quality to ensure my items are taken care of respectfully, which I feel a second person and/or equipment could have helped to accomplish.

Had LoadUp set up my new bed from Helix and remove my old bed. The gentlemen (Michel and I apologize I never got the other guy's name) who arrived were very professional and courteous, completed the job quickly and efficiently, both taking the old bed (mattress/boxspring/frame) downstairs to their truck, hauling the new adjustable bed frame (very heavy!) upstairs from my garage, setting up everything and removing all of the packaging. Would definitely recommend using them.

Tyrone and his partner were amazing. They unloaded our U-haul. Friendly, professional, on time and took care of all of the heavy stuff for us. I will 100% use load up again and will refer them to everyone I know.

I found LoadUp online when I was looking for a quick way to get rid of old mattresses and box springs. I was able to book and pay online. Matt called me about an hour before they picked up and then texted me his ETA when he was en route. I chose the outside option so I didn’t have to be present. Great service that was fast and easy.

This was our first experience with LoadUp. We chose them because of the transparency of their pricing. We had a recliner and a reclining sofa to move
Our worker arrived on time but without an assistant and unable to speak English. We spoke with his assistant by phone and he told us that he had car trouble and assured us that his partner could do the job alone. We were skeptical but needed to get the job done now.
Our worker started without too much conversation and had all the furniture disassembled and in the truck in about 30 minutes. We had no trouble understanding what he needed and really liked his cheerful attitude. A very smooth and thorough job.
We were very pleased with the work done and the easy of scheduling online. We were informed consistently about timing and truely enjoyed meeting our Spanish speaking friend. We would recommend the company to all. Thanks

The driver and helper picked up two king size mattress from my garage. They arrived in the timeframe requested. I am pleased and would highly recommend.

Jason’s helper never showed up so my 8-12 avaible time on my daughter’s birthday I thought was blown. My new couch coming tmrw and I needed the old out the way , Jason said what time is good ? I said not till 8pm after birthday ? Instead of giving up , Jason and his son and his son’s friend came throu .at 8pm . They was In and out fast nothing damaged. This is my second time using LoadUp. Their website makes it very easy to book and get transparent pricing on items. They communicate very well to confirm pickup. The driver was very professional, informative and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

Jason and his crew did an amazing job! They gave us a heads up 30min out from their arrival, arrived on time, they were professional and friendly, and went above and beyond (even helped break down some furniture that we weren’t able to). I’d recommend them to anybody!
