We called this company yesterday after using a different company through our home warranty that could not resolve our issues. They were there by 9:30 today and got everything cleared up. The quote over the phone was higher than what we charged. Thomas was our technician and was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to do to avoid the issues we were having in the future! The service was quick! Great company!

I never leave reviews but after this great experience, I felt like I had to leave one. That said, Forsyth Rooter picked up the phone at 8 AM on the day after New Year’s Day and was able to schedule me for same day service when I couldn’t reach a real person at any other rooter company in town. They also gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and charged me the lower end of that estimate when they completed the work. Thomas was extremely professional. He listened to the troubleshooting that I already completed and he approached solving my problem with the upmost care for my 73 year old home. It is hard to find professional business with real people that care and simply get the job done. Thank you for a great experience and for clearing my main waste line! Word of advice, don’t use those flushable wipes in old pipes 🤦🏻‍♂️

Thomas came to look at my septic and why my downstairs toilet had leaked around the base. First time washing clothes and I had water come out everywhere from toilet. Thomas came in ran washing machine set to fill then drain, flushed toilet, ran faucets and no flooding. He throughly checked every possibility for anything busted or broken. I have used them for 20+ years and have always done an honest job!!! Highly recommended!!!

I would add stars to this review if I could. Bobby did a fantastic job in spite of the freezing temperatures. He was friendly and thourough and explained everything in a way I could understand.

Forsyth septic and rooter services , y'all deserve an excellent review. This was our first time to have our septic pumped . They were on time , reasonably priced, Robert was very knowledgeable and super nice man . We will definitely use there services again when ever needed . More than 5 stars in my opinion .
