Forsyth Rooter service has a wonderful reputation in Winston-Salem. Bobby came by to help resolve a clogged shower drain. He arrived early which was a huge help to me. Calling and making the appointment was also a pleasant experience.

Very knowledgeable and personable tech! He was able to help me locate the underground drain pipe routing and septic tank with relative ease and gave plenty of information for aftercare. Would absolutely use this company again.

Bobby did an outstanding job of addressing our issues in a timely manner. His kindness and patience were much appreciated during a very stressful time. We were so grateful for the speedy response and follow through to make sure our issues were solved!

Thomas Barber came out and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He was able to work from the street into the house not disturbing any plumbing or me having to move anything for him, which was a blessing. Thank you Thomas!! You did a fantastic job!! Highly recommended!

Josh called and arrived ahead of schedule. He assessed the possible location of the blockage and quickly started. Within a few minutes he had cleared the blockage and the water was flowing. Very satisfied with the job and the cost to complete. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I had a very clogged kitchen sink. I called after hours and they called 1st thing in the morning. The scheduler was very sweet and was able to give me an appt 4 hrs later that day. When you are able to have the issue resolved like that, it provides exceptional peace-of-mind. I didn't realize they provided services for outdoor storm water drainage pipe clogs, but now we know who to call!

Third time using Forsyth Septic & Rooter, and all their staff have been great. Even, their dispatch person was very friendly and accommodating. I called Monday afternoon and she scheduled my appointment the next day! I highly recommend using Forsyth Septic & Rooter for septic tank pumping. Plus, their pricing is very competitive to others in area. I called their competitor, and they were roughly $100 cheaper. I'll be calling them in 5 years.
