We've used Dorsett for a few yrs now. They are always quick fixing the problem with the heat or air. Their prices are reasonable.

I called the day after a holiday weekend and got same moring service ! My tech , Ryan, was professional and courteous and took the time to explain what the problem was. He repaired the AC and was on his way by lunchtime. I was very happy with the service and the professionalism. I will definately call them again.

10/10 would recommend!

They have poor communication skills. I had to call multiple times to get a return call. And they started sending text messages to reply to me. I would never recommend them to anyone.

It was a busy holiday weekend and heavy snow. A real human answered my call and walked me through a few steps to check my system. Since this didn’t fix my problem he had a tech respond to my home. He was very professional and took care of my issue. He also told me not to hesitate to call them back if I had any further problems. Very satisfied first time customer!

James was quick to respond regarding my lack of heat. He arrived in a reasonable time and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Would definitely use Dorsett Heating & Air again.
