Dorsett Heating & Air and their technician Jeff did a great job. They arrived during a crisis and took care of the problem quickly and affordable. Jeff was very professional and went out of his way to offer suggestions that could make our home more efficient. I would definitely recommend them for any heating and air issue you might have.

Jeff came and figured out our problem with basement freezing in summer. Many others could not detect it but Jeff- Sherlock Jeff-diagnosed it.
Chad came yesterday and did a splendid job fixing massive air links. It helped that he is slender and has long arms. These 2 guys as well as the sweet lady on the phone at Dorsetts are A+++ in my book and Joanie and I are grateful for their help. I recommend them highly !!

Best people and good guys. Used them for a few years and try to help in anyway they can with explanations for how to maintain and why you need to do what you're doing so you better understand and are more prone to do it. Last guy who helped me had almost got home and came back bc he thought he had installed something backwards. He hadn’t, just cared that much that he made sure. 10 out of 10 would recommend. When i need to finally replace my ac unit i will be calling Dorsett.
