I had this company come out yesterday, one guy broke my water pipe and busted water everywhere. He fixed it, but he didn't give me a true diagnostic he just said its my "check valve and call the well company to pull it" but I know it wasn't that because I could hear it clicking. So I paid $150 for the house call and another $100 of their time for fixing the pipe THEY broke.
Also the guys that came out kept having to call another man for advice on what to do, that was embarrassing and stressful to watch.

Well company came out and they agreed with me that it wasn't the check valve. All they had to do was adjust the range screw and make sure the pressure tank was right under 40. They stated that whoever came yesterday should have known this.

I don't know if YADKIN ROOTER just tried to make a quick buck off me but its not very professional to call yourself an expert and this happen.

Very impressed with this young company. Daniel was courteous and wore his mask. Office staff friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again if/when needed.

Mark and his crew are amazing! They put a new pump in our well and then came back out twice when the water stopped working and didn’t charge a thing!! I would most definitely call him again!

There are no words to describe how thankful I am to this company. I’m a first time home owner and I’ve had water issues since I bought my home in July that were just getting worse by the day. I had brown water with sediment and very little pressure. It was ruining my hair, skin, appliances, laundry, etc and taking a toll on my mental health. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to pay to get it fixed. I initially had a different company come out and they did nothing. They told me that they flushed my water softener system and that my water was fine with no iron without even sending it off for testing. They told me I could install a sediment filter if I continued to have problems and sent a bill for $100 without doing a thing. I was recommended Yadkin Rooter, gave them a call and Mark came out that same day after I got off work at 5 to diagnose the issue. I had no sediment filter or iron filtration, only a water softener system for my well water which he told me would not help with the iron. He gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and they got me scheduled and had new filtration system installed within a week. He showed me where everything was and how to replace the filter. I could tell a huge difference within hours. Much cleaner looking water and great pressure! He even went the extra mile to move my toilet so I could finish painting my bathroom while he was here. I will never use anyone else. This is a company that cares about their customers and It shows.

I called Yadkin Rooter service and JENNIFER who answer the phone was very nice and she put me on schedule right then. I had them to work cause my water quit and they found quickly that the water pump and the pipe was disconnected and it was fixed. They are very nice and they know what they been doing. I highly recommend YADKIN ROOTER SERVICE if you have any plumber problem. I greatly APPRECIATE your service guys.

This team is always quick to respond and great to work with. We have used multiple times for our business and they never disappoint! Jennifer stays in communication with updates and Maverick is always truthful and provides suggestions to prevent future problems.

Mark and his crew did terrific work replacing my house water line. They worked very quickly and professionally!

Mark worked me into his schedule and made me feel like a priority job. He was thorough in his prep work and all the small details before he started the job itself.

I will definitely make him my first call in the future for any plumbing issues!

Our water drainage was backed up badly. Everyone else said "tree roots". No tree roots at all. Educated us on when drain cleaning chemicals are the worst thing you can do and got us back up and "free flowing" at a fraction of the cost that we feared. I would recommend them to anyone. Great people, respectful, down-to-earth, humble and will do what it takes to get the job done!

Our water stopped working today. Called In and spoke to Jennifer who was very nice and knowledgeable. My brother spoke to a guy who he said was great. They came out in less than 2 hours and fixed the issue. The guys were super nice and fast. Knew exactly what to do and had parts. Giving them more business next week and will tell our friends of the great service. Thank you!

I would not recommend to anyone they had a object fly off there trailer and busted my window and they would not pay for it I would not recommend this company to anybody stay away from this company

These guys are amazing! They was very caring! They got our water pump replaced very quickly and efficiently!! I recommend 10/10! Call them for all of you water issues!!!!

Darren came out and fixed both of our issues in less than half an hour. Very knowledgeable and great service!! I would definitely recommend him and this company for any plumbing needs.

Horrible communication, the techs are good but there is no professionalism when it comes to the office and communicating to the customer. Had to reach out on 3 occasions just to get an appointment for a service call, technician came out and offered a solution to my tenant, not to me as the homeowner. I never received a call from them on what the outcome was from the service call, I had to call for 2 days before I finally got someone on the phone to get informed on the service call. Was told I would get a phone call back with an estimate. Almost a week had gone by and I called again only to be Informed, they are “ 2 weeks out on estimates”. But yet, that was not relayed to me during the initial conversation, had it been, I would have called someone else instead of wasting a whole week on a estimate that was still 2 weeks out apparently. Used to be a solid run company, but there is no open line of communication with the customer or transparency. Really disappointed. This used to be the only company myself and my family used for our personal homes and our rental properties. Now, unfortunately, won’t be a company I call again.

We called them because our well stopped pumping on a Saturday evening, and our neighbors recommended these guys to us. So their office was unfortunately already closed, but their voice message told us we could make an appointment online. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment wasn't until Monday afternoon, but I went ahead and grabbed it.

Fortunately, they called us on Sunday and said they would send someone out early Monday morning instead, since we had no water. So they showed up the next morning and confirmed the submerged pump was not communicating back to them, and they had a team out that afternoon to replace it.

Then about a week and a half later, on a Friday evening, it stopped working again. So my husband tried fiddling with a few things and lo and behold it started working again.

Then the following Friday morning, it stopped again! So I tried fiddling with it like my husband had, but with no luck. So I called these guys up and told them we had no water again, and the operator said she'd let the team know. But then it just randomly started working again before the plumber called back, so I told them it was working again but they decided to come out and take a look anyway to try to figure out why it was randomly cutting off and coming back on again. Well, apparently the pressure switch thing was shorting out. So they replaced that and said they probably wouldn't even charge us for it! So relieved, because replacing the submersible pump was already approx. $1k, so I was starting to get a bit stressed about our budget.

So here we are heading into another weekend, and so far so good. Hopefully no more last-minute emergency issues as the weekend approaches, but I think we're finally good, now 🤔.
