I had what I thought was going to be a major problem. I always check the salt level in the water softener and returned home from a trip to find the tank filled with water and a film of bubbles floating on top. It was late and I k ew I was not going to reach anyone. I went online, noticed they have an online reservation system and took advantage of it. Remarkably simple, I scheduled an appointment. First thing Monday morning I received a text from Darren letting me know who (Dustin) and when he would respond. Dustin followed up, make a long story short, Dustin was able to help and respond to questions to help me understand what's going on, why and how he could support me. I save money and time and tha's why Todd Brothers are my first choice for plumbing needs. Seven years and going! Thanks again Todd Brothers.

I had what I considered to be a major plumbing issue. A leaking commode attached to old deteriorating cast-iron piping in a 65-year-old house. I called Todd Brothers and a crew came the very next morning. Mason Coe and Tony Gonzales. They assessed my situation addressing any pressing issues and developed a game plan. Before leaving an estimate was provided.
On the schedule date, Mason and Tony promptly arrived and took care of the work in a very short time. They were very professional and thorough. I felt the price was more than fair. I will definitely use Todd Brothers for my future plumbing needs.

I have become a huge fan of Todd Brothers Plumbing! I decided to look into switching from propane for my gas logs and hot water heater over to natural gas. From the moment I first met Darren Todd, his brother Nate, and spoke to their staff on the phone, they have been extremely helpful.
Their quote was very reasonable, and they have done everything they said they would. They worked diligently with me, the city inspector, and the gas company to facilitate an extremely fast and easy transition. I have heard horror stories about how long it would take to get an inspection signed off, gas turned on, and have hot water again, and these guys made it all happen with only one day of downtime. Unbelievable! And on top of that, they were friendly and polite, answered my endless questions and always had a smile. Highly highly highly recommend Todd Brothers.

You were at my home around 45 minutes and used less than $5.00 in parts and charged me $236.00. I know you have lots of overhead but that is over $100.00 per hour.
